I've used this for years, but now AVOID!
I've used this for years, bit now I've changed my phone and ordered a cable to convert the micro usb on my scanner. I've found that most of the website is unobtainable and that recent reviews complain of the same. Why take my money for a product that you know doesn't work? I am now going with a different scanner company and would advise anyone looking to do the same!

Really enjoyed studying this course & communication with the team was brilliant & the assessor was Professional yet friendly he put me at ease. My only criticism would be I would of liked a bit more feedback on my written work & if I'd been thorough enough.yes I would definitely recommend studying this course

beware!
I rehomed my dog last October and bought a certificate through my paypal account.
I was advised by paypal that a charge of ££2.99had been made to my account for Petscanner but as I had moved Lolas details to another scan company this charge should not apply. To stop this happening again I cancelled my paypal account but somehow they are still charging my card! I have now been on to my bank to block this company but as I have never given them direct permission to use my card, only through paypal, as my paypal account has been cancelled, how can they still take money direct from my account?/!!

Just for other Trustpilot users, we have received no contact from yourself or the other database in regards to your pet so we held the record as we normally would.
Also, PetScanner do not store/hold any card details, this is all done through PayPal. They can cancel your subscription or we can do it following a request. We can confirm we have cancelled it from your first email request earlier today.
