I have had very good service and the product is of the best quality a great bed for our dogs.

Bought one of their beds from a local garden centre. Within a few months it's lost all its squishyness, and the dog refuses to use it. Very bad quality item.

I bought the raised feeder bowls as my cats were having trouble with whisker fatigue using their previous bowls. The raised bowls are a great height and are shallow so the food sits in the perfect spot for easy eating. My cats are taking less frequent breaks when finishing their meals. When I had a minor issue with my delivery, the customer care team were quick to respond and resolve for me. Would shop here again.

one of the items were damaged when I received it but after I messaged them there was another one sent out straight away, I would def recommend this company

Lovely quality bed which arrived quickly.

My older dog has had a Scruffs cover for quite a long time so now with my second dog I purchased a new one so now I don't have to cover furniture with big blankets so dogs can get up.
Both dogs love having the raised sides to rest their heads on

I bought one of Scruffs Cork pet food mats from a garden centre and when I got it home and tried to remove the packaging it ripped the product, the packaging was glued to the product and ripped it.

I contacted customer services who happily sent a replacement free of charge. However when they arrived the product was again damaged during transit.

This product is not fit for purpose and the material it is made of is not good enough. Buyer beware.
