Our Maine Coon kitten loves his Kensington and cosy cat beds, quality British made and fast delivery. Couldn’t be happier with the choices we made.

Bed delivered Monday 23rd, nice product but too small. Wrote to customer services 3 times since (now 26th) then asking for return instructions and how to replace with a larger version of the same product. No reply, very frustrating, re-considering buying a replacement

A good quality cool mat for the dog. He really appreciated it in the recent hot weather we’ve been having. Well worth the money.

Top quality product at a reasonable price. Bought to replace a cover when the zip malfunctioned. All three of our dogs love this bed but unfortunately can only use it one at a time.

I would have given 5 stars but as product says its battle ready my dog a 10 month old sheep dog put a hole in it about 2 inches wide within an hour of having it.

It's not for young dogs that are biting or chewing things there not supposed to and rip there bedding apart.

I put in a complaint to the company and they sent me a new one that my dog hasnt had yet, hes got a long wait to have too.

Fantastic products backed up by excellent customer service

Paid for next day delivery and received goods 5 days later. No refund given and staff rude saying I should have read small print in their terms and conditions. Basically pay for next day delivery in a Friday and they do not deliver over the weekend!

Can’t send a product for return without a return number, no reply to my email thought it possibly did deliver but called and no option to speak with anyone. Pubs are open but not your operator? Could you not set an automatic system up?

Nice looking dog bed however the Base is a nightmare on your floor!
All the little black rubber bits come off and go all over the floor, I had to bin it!

I bought several dog beds from this company and they are awesome quality. I need to wash them quite frequently due to my dog's allergy, but they are very long lasting, comfy, and beautiful

We ordered the medium Expedition Box Bed for our 5 month cockapoo. It's smaller than we expected, but it does have a bit of room for him to grow, so I think it'll be fine overall. He has tried to chew it, but hasn't managed to put a hole in it, nor does he try to hump it as he's done with any fuzzy bed we bought!

We're really pleased with this and expect it will last a long time.

Quality of dog bed was superb, unfortunately it was too small. However, return instructions were clear and concise easily arranged and refund was prompt. Excellent customer service throughout. I will definitely be ordering the larger version of the bed when it becomes available.

Had a couple of Scruffs Cosy mattresses which needed replacing (and we'd redecorated the lounge!). Original mattress ordered became unavailable but excellent communication allowed me to select another one (which to be honest I much prefer now it's here - and it matches the new lounge beautifully :-)).

More importantly, Bertie the Border is very happy with his new bed, especially judging by how much time he spends on it!

Great cat bed - really nice quality, our kittens will love it. We have already tested its washability out in the machine and it was fine and held its shape! Big plus.
