Really disappointed with PF Chang at Towne Center, Jacksonville FL. The food quality continues to go down. Way too much breading on the protein & quality of food just not as good as it used to be. No soap in the hand dispenser in the restroom & just a general feeling of dirty. When coming to Amelia Island, PF Chang use to be one of our family’s destination treats, but no more until improvements are made.

Got door dash, it was delivered and nothing like the previous doors dash order. Soggy beans, gummy kung pow chicken. No flavor. Totally unsatisfactory.

I just picked up a take-out order from P.F. Chang’s in Lake Nona and it was truly disappointing. The chicken lettuce wraps cost $15 where as at Pei Wei they are under $9 and you get substantially more at pei wei……. not only that but they were swimming in vegetable oil …..Truly disgusting …. When I called the store to let them know the woman who answered, told me she needed to get the manager and then put me on hold and then just left me on hold indefinitely until I hung up. good job PF Chang’s in Lake Nona…… way to take pride in your product…..NOT…

My friend received a 100£ voucher from her Manager last year as a birthday present. Guess what, they are under a new ownership in the past TWO WEEKS and the voucher is not valid anymore, the new business does not recognize it. Absolutely rubbish, money wasted. Don't recommend it. I believe they just don't want to honour the voucher, even tough money was paid already for it.

Anna our server was awesome! Food was great. Great overall experience. Giuseppe the manager was very personable as well.

We had a great time! The waiter (Mikayla) was superb!!The food was awesome. We all purchased separate dishes and samples or of each one. My favorite was the Mongolian chicken and the honey chicken.

I always like the food here it’s consistent and so is the service.

We have been frequenting PF Chang’s since the late nineties. We loved the experience at the Irvine Spectrum with the great food and exceptional service.
But those days are long gone.
Whether visiting in Denver, Si Cal, or Las Vegas where we now reside, we cannot experience a meal at PF Chang’s without multiple food and/or service issues. Such a disappointment. Management needs to take a hard look as your restaurants are becoming a low-end chain charges high-end prices. I used to grade you as an A. Now each disappointing visit earns a C- to a D.
We are looking to replace you with a restaurant that has consistent food, courteous service, and responsible management.

We went to Changs to celebrate our newly 4 year olds birthday! I had honey chicken, husband ? … we both had two cocktails! Our total bill, minus the tip, was 100.00 + $!
The honey chicken was aweful, it was served on top of some crunchy something, which wasn’t edible … I asked if rice came with it… yes for another 5$ charge! For a restaurant that’s supposed to have great food, all I can say is order locally from an strip mall Asian place! Honestly, it was awful! I took leftovers home and the first bite I took after warming it in the oven, was just a big glob of fat!
Incredible disappointment for a very expensive meal! Do better Changs… you’re losing many customers! I will never go back

Just finished having a wonderful lunch with my best friend at P.F.Chang's Fashion Valley....San Diego, CA. Not only was our selection delicious (hot and tasty) but our server Kristen showed us outstanding service. She was very personable and made sure that we were well taken care of.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken and egg rolls, portion size for chicken much smaller and egg roll looked like burritos plus did not smell fresh, very disappointed

Definitely enjoy our dinner here. I love the food especially the Dynamite Shrimp.

Most disappointing experience. My usual Chinese carry out is closed on Monday’s so I tried PFChangs. Nothing was good, tasteless fried rice, awful hot and sour soup, Mongolian beef was just as bad. Egg rolls also awful. I’ve learned to just wait for Tuesday’s.

We have enjoyed our dining experience at P.F. Chang's for many years and Friday night was no difference! Took the liberty of having dinner at the bar and were greeted very quickly by Aria! Food/service great as usual and the drinks made by Sydney were perfect!

I when to dinner last night with a friend cuz we love this place but last night was a very disappointing night. We got told the wait was 30 minutes ok but everyone that was walking in got seated right away it took us 1 hour to get seated. 15 minutes to get just water plus the waitress come to ask house everything I told him the water is delicious. Is being 45 minutes that we are waiting for our dinner the waitress turned around and said you haven’t got served I got so upset that I asked to talked to the manager I told him I come here a lot with friends that we like the place but yesterday I was very disappointed with their food which was brought to us cold the service was terrible plus I got home last night sick of my stomach I got cramps and I was vomiting all night and I still feel sick today of my stomach. The service on PF Chang was not great I’m very disappointed I don’t think I would go back or recommend it

The best service , and food was amazing !

Total joke. Ordered today for the first time in several months. The kung pao chicken was a joke. First the price on Grub hub with fried rice on the side is 27.50. The portion size was not very big for 27.50. Kung pao is supposed to have peanuts. There wasn’t a single peanut in the two orders we ordered. I know prices on everything have gone up but this is crazy. Not sure what happened to PF Chang but it’s not what it used to be.

Royer was an excellent server. He was attentive to us and knowledgeable about the items on the menu. He made the experience wonderful! Our meal was wonderful and we enjoyed our time at the restaurant. I would definitely comeback again.
