Very quick delivery (within two days, ordered after 10pm). Phone is in great condition- no scratches/marks etc. Really appreciate the accessories included - USB charger/plug, earphones and two screen protectors. Phone advertised as Grade A (as new), battery health at 90 % upon receipt - would have liked a bit higher as Apple recommend replacing battery at 80 %. Phone performing well after one week thanks :)

I bought a phone which arrived promptly but there was an issue with it. I phoned Phonezone, they immediately dealt with the issue. The phone needed to be returned to them, they sent prepaid packaging overnight, fixed the phone and sent it back very quickly. Yes - it was annoying that there was a problem with the phone in the first place but these things happen and the problem was immediately rectified.
