Can't drink water if its not out of my filter. The alkaline filter pack removes the metallic taste and makes water taste of nothing, just as it should. Simply refreshing.

My water has never tasted better I live in a very hard water. Tea and Coffee taste so much better

We like this water softener. I like to drink a lot of water & Phox water is lovely & tastes wonderful. Certainly better than our tap water which is horrid .

Always been very happy with Phox Water's filter refill packs. Definitely improves the taste of the water from my tap! I've actually now switched to the Softener pack, which in my very hard water area, is even better and my kettle stays scale free for the whole 42 day period between filter changes! Nice one Phox!

Hello, I have been using this product for some time. I have given it 4 stars because I have blind faith that it actually works. I would like to give it five but there's an element of doubt. Is it as effective as I assume? I hope so.

This product is fantastic. The water tastes amazing and one refill pack lasts 45 days. I always get a reminder when it’s time for a change. I will definetely go ob using this product.

Neatly packaged and delivered quickly. Good value for money, both regions lasting 45 days. The alkaline formula makes for some great tasting water.

A good replacement for the Brita cartridge. Relatively easy to swap over and good to know there’s less plastic going to waste as well as being enhanced!
