I really liked my piercings from pierced body art, however i did not clip properly, i didnt notice straight away,tried to change position, but eventually i lost not long after. I hope they fix an issue

I ordered a gold clicker for my septum and despite the company sending immediately it got stuck/stolen/lost with EVRI the delivery company that hardly delivers. The person I spoke to was really kind and offered immediate replacement via Royal Mail, we decided on my replacement yesterday as they no longer had my item in stock and the package came today, with a gift of another clicker and a lolly pop too. I can't fault this company and will buy again as they went above and beyond for me. Kudos to them 👏

Bought a double ring
Bought a double ring. Sizing is awful. Fell out and lost after wearing for 2 days.
Customer service awful. Wouldn’t refund me because I couldn’t return unopened. Should refund for their faulty items. Avoid

Sizing is off. Stuck closed.
Saw on IG and ordered a double ring and a single. Agree with other comments that sizing is off. Took ages to get the double nose ring in as it was so tight and the clicker part is too short. Had it in for 6 days and it has since irritated my piercing (which is over 15 years old) and the clicker is now stuck closed, so I can't even remove it. Absolute nightmare.

Sizing is ridiculously small, and won’t stay closed
Ordered a nose ring after seeing an instagram ad, was originally going to get a 6mm however the comments said it was super tiny as the sizing is off. So i got the bigger 8mm instead and it looks like it was made for a child! Its the tiniest nose ring I have ever seen, the sizing is WAY off. After a painful hour of trying to get it in i’ve given up, as this would not fit anyone’s nose if its been pierced correctly. Plus the clip mechanism to close it does not work as it’s impossible to close and if you can manage it, it pops open again pretty much immediately. Disappointed to say the least, especially as its would have been such a pretty nose ring, if only the sizing was done correctly :(
