Had our first delivery x 1 case of wines
Have now opened 2 x red and 1 x white and all have gone down the sink ; totally disgusting ;
Not sure how you can actually sell such a bad product .
Maybe contact from your sales department would be a good way forward ;

Es war wie immer ein tolles Erlebnis am Flughafen Hannover. Die Atmosphäre, das Ambiente und im Vordergrund die Beratung von Fabian. Seid mehr als 20 Jahren sind wir Stammkunden. Kennengelernt haben wir uns über Pierre Laforest. Da war alles noch sehr familiärer als Heute. Aber wir sehen uns natürlich bald wieder. Unsere Freunde freuen uns auch sehr dich kennengelernt zu haben und sind begeistert. Ich freue mich mich über das Geschenk für Neukunden Werbung. Bis bald :) Sandra & Mike

I have been a customer of Pieroth Wines for several years. This has now come to an end - why? They have tried to con me twice: the first time I returned 3 bottles of the 4 unsolicited wines they sent me as being unfit to drink in my opinion. In my opinion they put drain cleaner in the bottles - I've never tasted anything so bad even from a Supermarket. The second time they sent me unsolicited wines, obviously taken from my contact sales person's notes because I had them all before, but I didn't ask for them, didn't want them and they had no business foisting them on me. I will have no further contact with them. Not only that, but they put my sales person's name on the order at their end (I wouldn't have accepted it if I had known this before) when I know she was unable to work at the time. Shysters!

Wir haben eine weitere, tolle, Weinprobe von Fabian erhalten. Er hat wirklich Ahnung und kenn sich bestens aus, wir haben wieder viele leckere Weine probieren dürfen. Die Abende sind immer schön und lustig. Ich kann Fabian nur weiter empfehlen, er betreut uns schon seid einigen Jahren und es klappt alles immer bestens! Danke Fabian & bis bald!!!

I have been ordering from Pieroth for many years. The wines are superb, smooth, fruity and to our taste. I recommend a wine tasting evening with friends to get a taste of your liking. Phillip who is helpful and knows my preferences contacts me when there are offers or will just check to see if I need to place an order. The prices are no different from a good bottle in the supermarket but are far better.

Just received an invoice by email for an order I didn’t place if I hadn’t noticed it and replied immediately to the email I would have had wine and a bill to pay without placing the order. That’s the end of Peroth for me.

My mum has been purchasing wine from pieroth regularly over the last 4 years however she only got the same 2 wines. We decided to have an online wine tasting with the full on fruity mix box. Jackie Dove was the account manager that was placed in contact with me who was extremely helpful via email and a phone conversation before the tasting took place to discuss the plans for the evening. She was very friendly and professional with no pressure to buy on the evening. I would like to thank Jackie for her time and help to understand pieroth wine and the easy ordering process. I cannot wait to get my first box of wine and future wine tasting events

The whole Pieroth experience is good with excellent variety of wines, good service and what more could you ask but have Jay ringing you for a chat and an order!!

I was introduced to Pieroth wines by a wine tasting evening at a friends house. Al was our sommelier and we enjoyed a fun and educational evening sampling some delicious wines. Since then I have become a regular customer although I am not a great drinker. There is no pressure to order but when I do Al is always available to offer advice and advise me of the latest offers. I have had boxes of wine from other companies but find the taste and quality from Pieroth make it my go to supplier. Would not hesitate to recommend them

I have been with Pieroth for a number of years and Jay is an extremely knowledgeable and very helpful individual. Through regular wine tastings and visits; he is always able to recommend and provide me with unbelievable great tasting wines. I always look forward to the next tasting and experiencing new wines as well as old favourites. Would highly recommend!!

I have been with this company for many years and I have always found then to be very efficient and a delight to deal with. They are really helpful and give an excellent service. The advise given by Giles Lewis is informed and tailored to my palate, which I appreciate. I always know that when opening a bottle of their wine that I am going to enjoy it.

My first encounter with Pieroth wines was at the York 'Food & Wine' festival many years ago.
My adviser Jonathon has introduced me to some excellent wines. We discuss the different wines over the phone and Jonathon advices me on what he thinks I would like from my previous history.
My experience with Pieroth wines has always been excellent and Jonathon is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Courtney Brickstock is my advisor and he selects excellent wines for my taste so much better than picking up odd bottles from the supermarkets. We discuss the selection over the 'phone and my order arrives in a matter of days. I never feel pressurised into placing an order. Overall I am extremely satisfied with Pieroth Wines and Courtney.

Service and wine is exceptional. Giles Lewis my contact at Pieroth Wines is always friendly and professional, and has suggested some great wines too try, (although I have my favourites). I recommend you try wines from Pieroth Wines.

As a customer of Pieroth for some time I keep going back as the wines are excellent but affordable and Jonathan is always spot on with his recommendations .

Have now been with Pieroth wines for 7+ years, whilst being quite particular about what wine I buy the quality has never disappointed.
Giles is great at keeping in touch and letting me know when offers are available often recommending other wines I may be interested in. Orders are always processed quickly for fast delivery.
