Amazing service, all booked and set up online, anpr access by automatic gate. So clean and tidy, lit at night by led lighting. Containers are really nice, smell inside was lovely. Very good price.

Easy to set up your account
Easy to set up and revived all instructions. Container was super clean. Plenty of security and cctv around the compound. Only slight problem (Washington sit) you have to watch out for the big drop when leaving, keep to the right.

The rapid price hikes let it down
It was ok while there was the reduced rate but once i was on full rate this was where the price hiked every month so it felt and by the time we got rid of the unit the weekly price had doubled. Starts at £15 a week became £55 a week.

Our introductory offers are clearly shown at the time of booking, including when the reduced rate ends and the standard rate applies. Any future price changes are also communicated in advance.
We’re sorry you felt the price became too high over time. We regularly review our pricing based on site demand, availability and operating costs, but we always aim to remain competitive.

Payment due today - charged £20 late fee
Payment due today, banks not working paid it via Apple Pay all before 10am and trying to charge a late payment fee of £20. Just be careful as this is obviously wrong as the payment isn’t late it was paid before 10.am. I will take this further to stop it happening to someone else

The £20 late fee is only applied when an automatic payment fails or remains unpaid after the scheduled collection time. If a customer then makes payment manually shortly afterwards, we’re always happy to review the account and remove the fee where appropriate.

Pink Storage ticks all the boxes for me. The units are exactly as described. Clean and to a good standard. The water and sweeties are a very welcome touch. I will highly recommend this company. Very professional and easy to use on line. Customer service is brilliant.
