Amazing service, all booked and set up online, anpr access by automatic gate. So clean and tidy, lit at night by led lighting. Containers are really nice, smell inside was lovely. Very good price.

Barry pink storage rip off
My experience at the Barry location has been disappointing. Prices have risen dramatically from £15 to £65 a week in less than two years!! It feels like they wait until your container is full and then whack the price up! The gate system is unreliable and often fails to read number plates correctly (well done if you actually manage to gain access). The road surface is uneven and dusty, and the gravel ends up inside the container making your stuff dirty! The lighting is very poor and not good if you are popping down to your container after work. Overall, it hasn’t been good value for money, and I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere in the future!

To clarify a few points, our prices do not jump from £15 to £65 per week. The £15 rate is an introductory offer, and once this ends the price moves to the standard rate, which is clearly outlined at sign-up and remains well below comparable providers in the area.
Regarding site access, the gate system operates reliably. Access issues typically occur if a payment is overdue or if a vehicle registration hasn’t been added to the account, as the system relies on this for entry.
We appreciate your comments on lighting and ground conditions and will always take site feedback on board as part of ongoing improvements.

Not a good experience unfortunately.
Barry South Wales site. Scandalous Price increases. Started at £15 a week now £65 a week in under two years. The gates never work properly. They are either always open or hardly ever read your number plate properly. The road surface is all uneven and dusty gravel that ends up all inside the container. Safe to say I’ll never use this company again. There are better value places near by.

The only option for Self Storage in Swansea
I was struggling to find a decent, straightforward self storage., then i found Pink Storage Swansea, hassle free, easy booking process, excellent communications from the team helped answer any questions,
The site is secure, well lit and clean. This is my 3rd experience of differnt self storage businesses in Swansea area. All i can recommend is,just try this one, you will be more than satisfied
