I wouldn’t even put one star if I didn’t have to what a poor business this is being run I ordered my grandson a bike off them for his present went through the finance they offer which was all excepted then I had to call the business to see where the bike was to be told they had cancelled it because it was buy now pay later and I weren’t getting the bike after everything went through I never received a email to say it had and then when I asked why they had let it go through as a purchase they said they can’t stop it and basically it costs there business money to pay like that so they cancelled it when I explained if I can please have it still as it is for my autistic grandson who loves bikes he told me nothing he can do not even go or it for a disabled boy who was excited to be getting his first bike what a shocking buisness DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I brought a engine from this website and when the engine come the clutch wouldn’t release so when I took the clutch casing off it looked like it was hammered on marks all over it so I've been forced to buy a new clutch.

I filled the quad up with petrol to then find out the float inside the carb was missing so it was pouring petrol out the bottom of the carb so again I had to buy another part.

I had to reuse the ht lead I already had as this engine was ment to come with one and its didn't so I messaged the website and got told this engine was brand new it will not come faulty and they have refused my refund all I wanted was a 25% refund to
Pay for the brand new clutch I have brought and the carb also the ht lead which this is totally the websites fault I would of been happy if the website would of just admitted they was wrong and covered the funds for the parts I had to buy but no nothing atall!

Do not order from this website especially not a engine it's fine for small things but anything that costs a fair amount if something goes wrong or they mess up with it they do not want to take responsibility!!!!

Had a little problem with delivery no fault of pitbike spares DHL fault but the guys got it sorted for me

Ill be ordering loads more bits from here in the future it my go to place from now on

Bought a wiring loom, phoned to ask whether AC or DC, they did not know. When it arrived it was not marked up at all. I required DC, turned out it was AC , it blew up. My fault entirely I should have known better than to order an item when the seller does not know what it is. Buyers be aware as I know Pit Bikes use both AC or DC

Ordered a few things now from then and the parts are always top notch and The delivery is always fast! Ordered before 2pm everytime and came the next day. Highly recommended pitbike parts!!!

Ordered an engine come with buggered gears the bloke is full of waffle telling me to adjust clutch bolt still dose not work told him this dose not work even followed the link he sent me on YouTube told him still not working and very reluctant to send me a replacement engine resulting in me being stuck with it broken saying it can’t be faulty it’s brand new well it obviously is it don’t work lol don’t buy from this site they are a complete joke not happy at all

I purchased a new SYV-140P of these guys last week, i'm really pleased with the bike, it's a whole lot of bike for an excellent price.
The service from these guys is great, id not rode a bike for 20 years (yeah, getting old) and they are quick at responding to any questions and extremely helpful.
I highly recommend.
