This is truly disappointing. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, your response was a denial, claiming as if no such order existed, which felt like a lie. This deeply upset me. I will no longer consider doing business with you again, nor will I recommend you to anyone around me.

Thanks for confirming the order number as we have had no email re any issue which is always better as we are then able to sort any problems.
The surname in the review is different to the one use in the order and is the reason we stated we were unable to locate an order number.
We always advise to use good quality images and will not allow an order to move to checkout until approval is given to proceed as per the design.
We have refunded the full order including the prints as we operate on customer satisfaction regardless of how an issue occurs .
We are not sure this review is for an item supplied by Pixaprints as we have no order under this name . Please email your order details to allow us to check and assist you

Good product
Prompt delivery as promised and the quality of the picture was what I expected. The first time I have used Pixa. I wonder though, if a 12"x16" print could have better be sent in a tube rather than a flat parcel. No matter, it was all in all a good experience for me.

The products are great, but what really makes Pixa special is their customer service. They bend over backwards to ensure everything is OK and have countless times helped when I've made errors or wanted to make order amends.

As part of our process, designs are created and approved by customers, and we print exactly as approved.
We always recommend a careful check before confirming as once approved the design goes directly from your online account to the automated print system to be printed.
We completely understand you may not have fully checked the design before approving to print.

Extremely quick service
Extremely quick service, order placed on Friday/Saturday with delivery due on the following Thursday. Messaged Pixaprints requesting could I get the canvas delivered on Friday. Glenn messaged back advising that delivery would be with me on Tuesday. First class service & the canvas has been admired by so many people. Will be using them again in the near future. Brilliant
