Tasteless food, thought it’d be good because I’d seen videos on the 32inch massive pizza, wish I’d read reviews before trying, most bland pizzas I’ve ever had, 2 different pizzas both tasted like nothing, barely no toppings either, was pretty much on time and garlic sauce is hard to mess up so…. Yeah go to your local instead, it’s better trust.

Don't waste your money food terrible burnt to avoid

awful. never received the order, called the restaurant 40 times, no answer , do not order from here if you actually want to receive your food.

We had fantastic food delivered fro here giant pizza mozzarella sticks and everything was great with delivery so will definitely order again. The guy who delivered Sasi was really cheerful and pizza arrived piping hot and delicious 😋

But the barin at Royal college and burgers are the most important ones for the people in my little area and burgers are the best ones for the people in my little area and burgers are the ones we are you in the gym for a few days and burgers are the gym sessions in my little area and burgers are pretty good and they will probably have to the barin at least a bit later in my head and I will have a few other bits for you still want to see the gym again and then you still going on Newcastle win the league Cup at school

It came 10 minutes pass the latest promised time of estimated delivery and we waited for an hour. The food itself was cold and of poor quality and we paid £35 for the privilege. Will not be using again. If you are thinking of take away for the night I would go somewhere else.

I ordered some cakes and a burger from Pizzaholic (Heaton, Newcastle) on 10th March. I ordered and paid by card online via their website. Pizzaholic then phoned me and said that the cakes weren't available. We mainly ordered because we wanted cake so I told the guy to cancel the order which he agreed to do (as far as I knew).

Anyway, I waited nearly 3 weeks for the refund to show in my bank and when I found time to chase it up I phoned Pizzaholic. They said they don't know anything about an order from 3 weeks ago. Like they don't keep records of transactions or something. They told me to contact Feed Me Online who take the payments and provide refunds for them. So, I phoned Feed Me Online who had no request for the refund from Pizzaholic. They contacted Pizzaholic who said the delivery was made and no refund is requested.

Feed Me Online can't do anything about it so I have basically thrown two hours wages down the drain.

Pizzaholic are disgusting scammer liars and I hope if anyone is searching for their website they get to see my reviews first.

I won't get my money back but I have reported them to trading standards. Hopefully, more people can do the same when they get scammed by Pizzaholic. You can't run a business like that forever. The Trip Advisor page has mostly terrible reviews. I don't know how they're still running. I guess everyone is like me and don't look at reviews as much as they should :/

If you do buy food from these scammers then make sure you pay by cash.
