Beware of this fake shop! Fraud
Anyone who orders here will never receive their goods.
It always seems to follow the same pattern:
- Customer pays for goods
- Order is canceled shortly after without explanation
- Customer inquires or (in my case) requests a refund
- The so-called "customer service" claims no payment was received
- Customer provides evidence of payment
- "Customer service" apologizes and announces shipment of the goods
- Nothing happens for days until the customer inquires again
- At some point, after days or even weeks, you receive a fake Spanish tracking number, which ends with the shipment being undeliverable and being returned to the sender
- "Customer service" continues to lie to the customer, claiming the shipping address was incorrect – which was definitely not the case
Long story short, you never receive your goods, but are fobbed off for weeks with excuses and false apologies. Of course, your money is lost - they'll never refund you. Apart from this website, there is another shop with very similar offers and a similar name that offers pretty much identical products. There's a number of experiences with this shop here, too, even though their account has been closed - probably the same fraudsters.
