I love the food in here - but staff not wearing facemasks properly (around the neck and just over the mouth) is not acceptable at the moment, so we left.

Brilliant service- had an issue with a delivery and it was sorted promptly by the E- Commerce team!
Amazing products with brilliant people!
Well done!
I went in planet organic in Torrington Place this afternoon and I've been served from Alice, a smiley and super nice lady that provide one of the best costumer service I have ever had.
I wish to find people like her in all the shops.
It has been a really nice conversation!
Received this message from planet organic in response to my trust pilot review ......we’d really like to be able to contact you so that we can restore your faith in us. Please could you email us
CONTACTED THEM AS REQUESTED ... NO RESPONSE - which really says it all and how much they don’t care !!!!!!

One of my favourite shops. Although pricey, great food and juices!
They ignore emails and items take a week to come 2nd class. Well packaged but one jar had been opened costing 5£ so will have to chuck it as the paper seal was torn! Not risking it!
Awful customer service, I ordered 50 pound worth of stuff from these guys and I never received it. No response to my emails either. Their excuse was the high demand but it's been over two weeks and no one has responded to any of my emails and I've yet to see my parcel.
Their excuse is high demand but it looks like from the reviews below, they cant supply a service at any time of the year. I wish I'd read the reviews first. These guys should not be in business.

I ordered from them at the peak of the pandemic, simultaneously ordering from a few other retailers. This parcel arrived first and I was very pleased with everything I bought. More expensive than I would normally pay and not the sort of items I would usually buy, but we aren't in normal times. Will buy their cranberrry organic bread and fat free peanut butter again. Vegan chocolate items too dear, but all I could get at the time and tasted much better than we expected
Placed an online order with them - i was e-mailed today to say that over 60% of my items will not be coming. I know things are tough for shops at the moment but I find it very hard to believe there were no substitutions available for this number of items. You also aren't able to change your shop and the delivery window is 9 hours - overall, given the expense of shopping there, definitely not worth it.

Price gouging manipulators of the highest level! Planet Organic buy hand sanitisers for about 25p from their suppliers which Superdrug, Boots and others sell for £1.25. Guess how much Planet Organic have been selling them for? £8.99! These are for tiny bottles.
They have taken advantage of the Coronavirus situation to hike up the price of the hand sanitizers to eye-wateringly expensive levels. So instead of helping people to use hand sanitisers and avoid the killer virus they've decided to manipulate the situation to rake in huge amounts of money for themselves!
Planet Organic have always been exorbitantly priced and only suitable for rich and stupid people - those same foolish hipsters who gladly pay 300% more for items here than elsewhere and then, when the Coronavirus or any situation occurs they don't have more than a few quid in savings left and want bailouts from the taxpayer.
This place sells apples for £1.00 each and loaves of bread for £5.00!
Stay clear of these devious and manipulative price gougers!

They were one of the few people delivering when demand peaked during corona-crisis, and they delivered on time and without issues. It is what it is: possibly the 'organic' produce can look imperfect, and possibly they are no stranger to margins, but we got what we paid for and would buy again in similar circumstances.
This is the only place I have been able to reliably get certain hard to find food products for my dietary needs. The service can be a little meh sometimes, but full kudos to them, with the current strain they still responded to my emails about a delayed package, they followed up and refunded when it was confirmed the package was missing in transit.
Much better service then what I have had from other stores of a similar type.
Planet organic shop in Wandsworth, I went today out of desperation to find some food, and I was appalled by the the lack of provision or system for distancing.
No protection for their staff, no guidance on how to operate safely (literally had a sales assistant coming close to me to ask what I was looking for, no safe distancing, nothing!) are they on the same planet?! No pun intended
No organising of queues, no filtering of customers within very tight aisles. Really not safe.
On top of the fact that their very extortionate prices got even higher £5 for a loaf of bread!
Shameful really
The things I could say about this company. Wow. I'll keep it simple, I've bought the same items on their shelves elsewhere for a quarter of the price on many cases. They seem very pretentious and most of the staff never seem to have any knowledge of the items on the shelves, and are never enough staff to serve in reasonable time.
I wouldn't recommend using their online fresh grocery delivery service as the meat/chicken/fish items that I order ALWAYS smell acidic and off. They probably store fridge items in room temperature. Though I appreciate their convenient, same-day delivery service.
Like many other costumers I believe that buying loose products limits the use of plastic and saves you some money. Planet Organic also write this in its website: "Saves you money – the loose products are better value". Well, I had a different experience today when I refilled a 400ml Faith in Nature bottle with coconut shampoo at Planet Organic in Muswell Hill. The 400 ml refill cost me £5.20, which is £0.70 more than the regular price for the very same packed product at the local Oxfam. Why is Planet Organic loose Faith in Nature product 15% more expensive than the packed one? Am I supposed to pay more if I want to limit my use of plastic?
I love Planet Organic but this is very unfair.
Fantastic service! I always walk out of the shop very pleased.
Ordered four items online as a Christmas gift - 2 days later receive 2 emails, one to say that 2 of the items have been cancelled as they are unavailable, and one to say my other 2 items have been dispatched... no opportunity to cancel my order and get my full selection elsewhere, no offer of alternatives, no option to cancel. So half an (overpriced) present. Very disappointed and won't order again.
Bad delivery service. Communication was also not great. I do not recommend buying fresh products from them. And do not plan your meals based on it.
The tofu and cheese I received were all off. I suppose that has something to to with the delayed delivery. I did not ask for refund as I do not want to waste time on this any more.
That said, the supplement I got from them was very good price. So it would be ok if you order non-fresh products and have the time to wait.
