2nd time with Plan, again excellent service . Chris Hinson and Emma handled everything extremely efficiently . Friendly , nothing too much trouble . Will def recommend to friends and Family

My experience was good from start to finish, being a good value deal and receiving helpful efficiency from everyone I dealt with. The car arrived within their estimated time and was exactly as expected, even arriving on a low loader and not driven. My only negative was the actual lease company, Lex and not plan cars, from whom I've received nothing - not even a driver information pack or welcome letter.

Over the yrs I have used Plan I have had the most wonderful efficient friendly service. They know exactly what I want and go far out of their way to get it for me

Best deal ive ever received on a car, communication from the guys at lease plan was a lot easier than past experience dealing directly with dealerships.. amazing service and amazing price couldn’t be happier now my car has been delivered.. dealt with Ben Rose and would recommend him to anyone, he explained everything in terms I could understand as this was the first car I had leased.. so happy.. thanks guys!!

Having contacted a number of companies about moving from a company car to a private lease.
Plan car leasing stood head and shoulders above the rest in professionalism and efficiency.
They even recommended an insurance broker that beat the comparison sites by some distance.

Excellent company to deal with. All the staff members i dealt with by email or over the telephone were great. I always received a prompt reply which i thought was very professional. If i decide to lease another vehicle i will use them again.

This the first time I have leased a car and would definitely recommend it. From the initial enquiry everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. George at Plan Car Leasing certainly knows his stuff and couldn't have been more helpful. Car chosen, details confirmed, checked, confirmed and then the unhelpful weather came and delayed everything. These guys just cracked on and rearranged a delivery date. Nothing was a problem. Top class service, top class communication, top class car delivered unblemished and as described. 3 years till my renewal and I'll absolutely be using these guys.

Easy to deal with and very helpful

As a broker, Planyourcar.com were a nice company to deal with. They work with different companies to supply your car, handle all the finances, billing and aftercare. For me, it was a company called Network who were absolutely terrible to deal with! They notified me about a fine over 3 weeks after they had received the fine, which left me with little time to appeal or challenge it within the 28 days period allowed for appeals. Network were rude and just didn't care. They automatically charge £42 for admin on top of the fine, but there's little or no service or help to the customer. I also had strong grounds to appeal the fine which was a shame. I was shocked to be told by Network that this was just how long their administration time takes. After you've chosen your car, you won't have much to do with Plan and it's companies like Network you need to deal with! There are many lease companies to chose from but more importantly, its worth finding out which company will supply your car.

Really nice company to deal with, great service, quick service, would recommend to everyone.

Planyourcar.com were very good to deal with and the prices were very competitive.
Read bad reviews about the finance company they deal with 'network' regarding maintenance so decide not to go ahead with the maintenance.
