I’m a regular customer of Player Layer, both buying personal items and items made for the rugby club I coach. I have always been super impressed by the quality of the clothing, and still have numerous pieces that have lasted years. I chose Player Layer not just for the quality, but I also love what the brand stands for, they seem to have really strong values that drive the projects they engage in. Their pursuit of sustainable materials is particularly admirable. Top brand and top clothing. Always highly recommend!

Love the player layer sports kit. Washes really well, kids love wearing it & they always look 10/10 on the pitch compared to other teams. 😍

My daughter loves her trainer layer bottoms so much she requested a plain pair for lounging & training out of school. And the pitch side coats are epic. Great for freezing parents on the side lines. Not just the kids.

Excellent quality

Playerlayer is notorious for poor delivery and lack of available sizing. The website is equally as poor and now I find that linking to the returns site is also dreadful. The link to search my child's team is poor. It never recognises the county so I find it difficult to easily search for their training uniform. Playerlayer has not improved in the 5 years we've had to use it.

Expensive. Delivery was delayed. Good quality clothing.

Very easy website to navigate to find rugby kit and correct sizing. Order was delivered very quickly and all items of clothing are excellent in fit, quality and styling.

Poor quality trainalayer bottom. Rips very easily and heavily over priced !

Delivery charge far too much. Basically £7 for a small tshirt which would cost much less to actually send via post or courier.

Customer service much improved and the quality, comfort and warmth of the (winter) jacket are excellent.

There was a mixup with my order, but everyone I spoke to at player layer really supported and went above and beyond to make sure that my query was sorted.
I can't remember one of the staff members names stood out (sorry) but the one I do remember was Sophie Mitchell :)

The item i wanted was out of stock but the team managed it really well and compensated me for shipping as the split order meant that i would be charged for the items not available as part of the bigger order. Thank you.

Easy to find the school kit and a good range over and above the compulsory stuff.
Quality is excellent and sizing is true to fit.
Only 4 stars as free delivery for orders over £150 seems a little steep...should be £50 or £100 tops.

Purchase for children’s school uniform. Generally happy with quality- especially the weather layer mid layer top. However the wrist seams detach after a while and the tracksuit knees wear through easily.
