After placing an order over 2k, delivery a was schedule a week later, a week in advance, I called to check the delivery status and was told it would arrive in the evening. I asked why it was being delivered so late when i ordered a week in advance and needed the delivery in the morning. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the person on the phone responded with, "Do you want me to cancel the whole order?" as if it were a threat. I replied that, of course, you would say that now, knowing I needed the products. I wish they had informed me earlier— I would have cancelled the entire order and never dealt with them again. I'm not sure what kind of customer service this is, but it’s unacceptable to say something like that on the day of delivery. Who do I even complain to, given that it's a family-owned business? It a shame as I was repeat customer.

We placed 2 separate orders for a project. Both arrived when expected and the delivery driver was very accommodating with placement of the load. MOT Type 1 was good quality with high fines percentage, perfect for our project.

very helpfull team - but they need to get the on line payment issue sorted out - if you cant pay online for some reason , there should be a simple way of them taking payment over the phone for that order...

from ordering to delivery the service was great, cannot complain. the driver Dean was nice and helpful and very professional. they were the cheapest i found for fence posts and gravel boards.

Fast delivery and very cheap

I received a call from their 3rd party supplier, (Forest Garden Products) to say they could not ship the order as it is below their minimum order value. No communication at all from Nationwide Supplies. I have contacted them on a number of occasions requesting a full refund but they are not responding. Still waiting for a response and more importantly a refund!!
