Plumbers 4U London Avis 

Plumber said we needed a new boiler cost around GBP 2500.
I got a second opinion from another company the next day and they fixed it in 10 minutes.
Also quite messy and didn't clear up afterwards.
Would try another company next time.

I had to ring as an emergency and they came out within half hour. The plumber Found the source of the problem and dealt with it accordingly. Was very pleased with the service and the kindness that was shown.

I had a very bad experience the plumber they sent out diagnosed the problem incorrectly despite me guiding him. He was just in a hurry to go and charge me more. He didn’t fix the problem and had to come
Back and then found the correct source bust said it’s not the same problem, whilst it clearly was. He was just interested in charging me more. I finally got it fixed through another plumber. Won’t be using these jokers again.

Very disappointed with the service.
A very expensive call out for zero results.
Problem not solved.
None of the work expected carried out.
So basically paying for nothing.
Had to get another plumber to come and do the job .... for less than half of what we were quoted!
Appalling to rip old age pensioners off in this way.
Shameful.

Overall positive experience. Booking is easy and plumbers available at short notice. Problems were fixed so very happy.

Efficient service, and updated when the plumber would be arriving (on both occasions) however, didn't like the fact that the second time that the plumber had to come round - he took my bank card and proceeded to make payment and wanted to read out my details aloud to his contact on his phone. I took my card before he could do so and made the payment myself, when the call centre team called me back after the job had been completed. This wasn't a great end to a job mostly well done.

They came to turn off the water supply to a bathroom which had a leak. We haven't used the room below since and have just discovered it is still leaking. They say they will have to charge me again(although with a 10 percent discount) to come back. They have been good in the past but this is poor:( ps.As plumbers4u did not respect their 6 month guarentee I got a different plumber to come. He says the plumbers4u plumber hadn't fully turned the water off,causing lots of extra damage!:((

Totally abandoned after paying for first hour.
Plumber told me I can call the office, I can chase and I can order the part, which in my experience has never been required to do by the client.
Have been left and ignored by plumber since.

Arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved the matter without delay. Polite and professional.

Couldn't diagnose or fix the problem, but yet it still cost me £120. Called another company who came out and fixed it.

Very Proffessional and helpful, would recommend.

Arrived within the hour and very quickly put right my efforts at amateur plumbing. Very professional and would would certainly contact again should the need arise.
