I had a bad experience with the person who came home. He was really rude an unpleasant. I let know to Plumbers and they were keen to know the details, understand what happen and ask for apologizing
For me it is important that a company wants to know about what haven't gone well in order to amend it and improve their services

Worst service I have ever received in…
Worst service I have ever received in my life. Guy(michael)came did nothing. had same problem same day.I called him he said he will call back then he didn't call back and stop answer my calls. I paid 140 pounds for nothing. Had to call another plumber and he fixed in 15 minutes only. Would never recommend this service to anyone.

a Right royal Rip Off!
Whilst the plumbers themselves were very pleasant, the failed to fix the problem. I had to call someone else to fix it. £75 wasted, frankly. You provide no guarantee of fixing anything. A rip off, essentially. A scenario worthy of exposure.

Very professional and competent service.
The plumber who came in to do the job was fast and efficient, clean and useful. He ispected toilet for a leak, identified the leak and successfully fixed it.

My experience was mixed
My experience was mixed. The first visit was poor. Work poorly performed, incomplete and overpriced. However when I complained to customer service the manager (Michael) came and resolved the issues, including parts at no additional cost to myself. Thanks Michael and highly appreciated! This turned my overall experience around but I would have to think carefully before using this service again.
