If you looking for a place to buy a gift for your loved one look no further, you’re in the right place. I ordered a birthday basket gift for my boyfriend and he was very happy. The quality, customer care, is all good. I wanted it engraved though but I think I missed the instructions when I ordered but it’s okay. Thanks a lot.

This place is amazing! I ordered an engraved bottle for a friend and everyone won’t stop talking about how beautiful it came out! Not to mention, Erin and Daniela gave me great ideas for the bottle that I didn’t even think of and delivered on time, despite my last minute gift. If I could give this place 10 stars I would because not only was their product amazing but they communicated effectively and timely! Get your engraved bottles and gift baskets from this place. Came across Pompei recently and decided to make a purchase online with engraving for my boyfriend's 30th. ERIN! THIS WOMAN IS AMAZING! She was extremely approachable right from the start! I reached out because there was this one specific bottle I wanted from them engraved that no other place seems to be able to work on engraving for the bottle I wanted. Erin responded to me the next day informing me they had a bottle left in stock-- of course, I instantly made the purchase. I was later informed that everything was completed and ready to get shipped off to me. Pompei is amazing but one thing they did phenomenal was having Erin on their team. Her work ethic and communication skills are one of the few things I appreciate, when my package got lost -- getting shipped to another person (because of FedEx constantly replacing my label perhaps a game of theirs or just doing a crappy job handling my package), Erin was able to work with me there and was able to handle Fedex's problem in such professional way-- just in time for my boyfriend's birthday. I received my package almost a month later (thanks a lot FedEx). All in all, I value good communication and demonstration of a strong work ethic... No one can ever top Erin.

I ordered an engraved bottle for a Milestone Birthday gift for a family member on 9/18/20. First, I was blown away at how quickly the order was received. Next, the quality and look of the engraving/bottle overall was fabulous. Finally, because my family member loved the gift so much as well as I was impressed, I have made additional orders.
