They are thieves, they somehow manage to con subscribers into automatic charges for annual subscriptions which you have not signed up for. And when you claim back the charge they flatly refuse to refund the charge. So I recommend people not to use their services.

I'd give you less if I could. So I fell victim to the unclear pricing strategy on their website and paid full price for a yearly subscription when I only wanted to make ONE single presentation. which I was then sorely disappointed with considering I provided all the necessary information.
To add insult to injury i enquired about a refund immediately upon realising my mistake, only to wait 3 months for a reply which helped me not one single bit. You cannot get a refund for these services regardless of whether you've used them. And the poor quality just adds insult to injury. Slandering you on trust pilot is the least I can do for the inconvenience caused. Could not recommend less.

Very disappointing experience overall

Very disappointing experience overall. The service was poor, and the application itself was frustrating and not user-friendly. On top of that, the process to cancel the membership is unnecessarily complicated and difficult to navigate. It feels almost intentionally unclear, which only adds to the frustration. I would not recommend it based on my experience.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, no answer on email and impossible to cancel or get a refund for a mistaken automatic renewal. The platform itself is not very useful. Avoid.

The 'bad' rating is accurate

The bad rating is accurate. This company uses 'dark patterns' to trap you: there is no visible cancellation button on the website. Once you email them, they ghost you. I have been waiting for a response with no action taken. Do not give them your credit card details.

signed up and tried to cancel the same day bc I wasnt able to do what I had hoped with the app. No response going through the website to cancel and 3 emails in to asking their cs to cancel - I called my cc company and blocked them. BE AWARE _ I think its a scam.

this is a scam

this is a scam, don't subscribe even if it says it is free as you will not be able to cancel before the trial, therefore you will be charged for a whole year for something you will not be able to use cause it is useless. customer service will not reply to you, and if they do it will be after at least 10 days.

Overcharge of 62 euros. No refund. No reply.

Please be careful not to provide any credit card information. They lure users with the promise of a free trial, then make it extremely difficult to remove your payment details and proceed to charge a full year, a shame is not possible to share screenshots on Trustpilot. Although they claim to be based in Singapore, they are actually a Chinese company. I am currently trying to verify whether they have a legitimate office in Singapore or if the address is fake, and I will update this information once confirmed.

I tried for less than 1 hour and i found that the solution was very poor. The design of the slides generated were bad and not aligned with my request. The solution generated one slide and then the others were very similar in design and only changes in terms of colours. After i noticed that it was not good, i tried to end my trial and i found that this page worked like a scam website, there is not a direct way to end your trial. Then, i reached customer service who only answered after 10 days, of course, they also charged me for an annual subscription even if i do not use and i requested that i did not want it. if someone wants a very unuseful tool, i am happy to share the user so you can use it for free for 1 year. Be careful, i have canceled my credit card because i was told by my bank that it was a scam website.

Horrendous Customer Service

Customer Service team basically said "there's nothing we can do" when I told them I was falsely charged $100 from their site (I never used it after trying the trial run). Then, they ignored me. I would give this negative stars, if possible. Product wasn't very good either.

PopAi Needs to Improve Its customer Support

I’m very disappointed with my experience on PopAi (popai.pro). I started a free trial that is supposed to end on November 2, 2025, but there is no option to cancel or unsubscribe anywhere on the website. I have sent more than 8 emails to their support team , but there has been no response at all. This feels completely unethical and misleading. A genuine company should always allow customers to manage or cancel subscriptions easily. I’m posting this review to warn others before they get charged unfairly or stuck with hidden billing. Please fix your cancellation process and respect customer rights.

Also concerned I have been scammed. No response from the customer service email. Have reported to credit card provider as a fraud.

RUN AWAY!

There is no customer service. I can't cancel if I want to. And my only recourse is to file a claim through my CC company. I've attempted to contact them several times. They upgraded me beyond what I wanted and billed me as soon as they got my card number.
