I decided to treat myself to breakfast today and a treat I definitely got when I came into Poppins. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was plentiful and cooked to perfection. I could see the kitchen from where I sat, and the staff were all well presented and efficient. The whole experience was outstanding. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
Poppins in Basingstoke are amazing! We wanted to celebrate a birthday starting with a Birthday Breakfast and as Poppins do the most delicious breakfasts we asked if they could accommodate us, they said yes, and the food and service we received was excellent! They reserved our chosen tables, which were all ready for us, the breakfasts were cooked to perfection, as usual, we had asked if we could bring a birthday cake and they agreed, they cut and sliced the cake and brought out the cake on a plate for each person, the birthday girl being served hers first, their attention to detail is amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them, the birthday girl felt special, everyone loved the food, it was a really lovely start to the day for all of us, thank you to you all at Basingstoke Poppins!

Excellent food chain have used the two branches in my area and both give the same high standards of food, cleanliness and service.
I regularly eat at the Basingstoke branch. Consistently good decent food and portions. Staff always friendly.
Poppins in Eastleigh is the Quintessential Greasy Spoon.
The service is always impeccable and the food is always cooked with the same constant care.
The resterant can be abit dimly lit and abit old fashioned, however these guys know what they do well.
Your not going to be posting this all over your socials, but believe me you'll leave full and content.
Full marks to the East Grinstead Poppins restaurant branch in the Queens Walk. Good basic foods, served piping hot. I now go here occasionally for hot food, where you get exactly just what you ordered. Very good kitchen staff. I've been a Grill Chef/short order cook so I know. They've not let me down like other local eateries have, by serving cold food instead of hot to me. Here at my local Poppins the foods come to you served always piping hot. Service staff very professional, and great service to table. As good as old style places of the seventies from my youth. Like Wimpey. Good atmosphere and very pleasant staff. Turkish people largely running our local branch. Very good people. I respect a lot. Very welcoming place. Enjoy going here for food from time to time.
Just visited the Royal Tunbridge Wells branch. Good food, good service, spotless restaurant and spotlessly clean toilets. Could not do better.
I joined a friend at Poppins Restaurant in Romford,near the Liberty Shopping Centre. I have food allergies and Leyla was amazing. I had chosen something that I thought I could have. However, Leyla pointed out it might not be the best one. She was right! Her choice was yummy and pain free!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I will definitely go again xx
