PoshBurn Avis 812

This is the second time I have ordered from them. 1st time delivery was slow but I liked the candle. Just reordered and order took 3 weeks, I got no response to my emails chasing and finally goods arrived yesterday, one item is missing and one candle was smashed. I sent email and photographs but again no response. I would avoid buying from this company as I’m now £60 out of pocket and very dissatisfied with their customer service.

Order wasn’t sent then told it was out of stock even though it was listed on website as in stock had to chase for a refund which is really disappointing as I have placed many orders before & love the fabric sprays

It's been over a week since I placed my order which is still awaiting fulfilment I reached out to the email and Instagram but haven't received any response on where my order is.

Ive used Poshburn a few times and it's disappointing to have this level of customer service with zero to none communication

Im writing this review to be honest, helpful, and constructive. When I ordered some wax melts the ordering process was a breeze, a simple, easy to navigate website and simple checkout process. I waited a week for an order update / dispatch email and nothing came through. I sent a email chasing the order which obviously prompted PoshBurn to pack and dispatch the order an hour after they received it - the order sheet confirmed time and date the order was printed. I paid for royal mail tracked 24 postage and the order was dispatched with royal mail 48, not the premium service I requested and paid for. Further to all of these issues, the wax melts arrives damaged and the 1 pack even arrived without the finishing label on the front of the pack.
These are all minor issues but when you are paying a premium price for a premium product, everything should be satisfactory.
***The wax melts do smell amazing, you will not be disappointed ***
There must be a reason that the order didn’t print when placed and this should be looked into by PoshBurn so that other customers do not feel they have to chase an order. PoshBurn should also look at the packing process to avoid packs being damaged in transit.

I have Been using poshburn for a while now and I’m always impressed with the quality and consistency of the products. The last time I ordered my go to product was out of stock, but the company kept me up to with updates and offered me an alternative. Which I wanted to wait for my usual product. Not long after my product was shipped out no problem!

I’ve been shopping with poshburn for a while now and I can definitely say there’s no one like that around. Her candles and fabric fresheners are the best. They are of superb quality.

Great customer service from seller and products are lovely.

Avoid. Unwilling to respond to refund request and avoiding communication. Poor business values.

I absolutely love the Wax Melts,❤️ but get really frustrated at how long they take to arrive.

Quite disappointed with this order and I hate to say it as I love pish burn products. I ordered there new scent which was lovely but the other wax melts was as if the perfume wasnt added. I don’t know if it was maybe a mistake or something but I’m unable to burn them as it doesn’t smell nice. Even my friend commented so I knew it wasnt just me. I really hate leaving a negative comment and I’m sure it’s just been an error if some sort. Posh burn is my favourite place for wax melts and I will order again to see what my next order is like. If the same again I won’t be reordering again I’m afraid
