I have been using this for a long time, and always been blown away by how amazing their service has been for its free tier, most other design companies don't understand, there are some people from countries like mine, who can't afford a monthly subscription continuously, (just a single dollar, is like 1500 in my currency) so we fall back to the free tier constantly. I understand that you people are in need for more people to pay for subscription but from free downloads to only five download restriction per month! It's too much. I really love this service and always planned on supporting it whenever I had the finance but now I can't use it anymore. if you made it three downloads a day, it would have been manageable and understandable, but five a month just pushes me out of the service. Many others like me might end up abandoning it. At least consider who the free tier was for in the first place. .

Several times, I have tried to login and clicked the 'forgot password'. I get emails saying I already have a google-linked password. Why is it so difficult to simply reset my password? If I click reset password, that is exactly what I should be able to do.

AI tool was very frustrating to use, did not make simple changes to the design like moving the heading up etc. Drained credit points, ultimately paid for a membership and it continued to drain credits. Then bought more credits & still it didnt make the simple changes, kept showing the same design but drained points. Phot quality went down with each changes. Seems like a scam now! Spent 6.5hrs today on this going in circles. Awaiting support email. Very frustrating!!

This is worst online website i have used for creating stuff. Charged full amount but whenever I try to make any changes or use AI it asks for additional payment.

Do not use it. It is a scam. Pay a bit more and go for Canva.

Also, asked the customer service to provide details but no response.

For me this is fantastic programm. I use free version but that is more than enough of what I need. Many friendly options, very funcional and intuitive. Perfect for creating flyers, posters, etc. It stores ones project online, one came come back and modify, add photos, change text, background and so on.

I actually really like this site. but there's currently an issue where we cannot download any posters !

Will revise to 5 stars once the issue is fixed !

Edit: Back to 5 stars. Issue was resolved and I found a loophole a could use to get the ads I needed too.

Update: See how NINE MONTHS LATER, PosterMyWall has replied to my complaint and claims they are ready to assist? Also, they said they replied to my email, how do they know who I am??? It takes 9 months to respond to a complaint...there are bigger problems within your company than me.

So, I quickly made it to the Leader Board as a top creator...not surprised as I am a professional graphic designer and put some things on PosterMyWall as a simple way for people who are not major business owners, corps, nor schools, and are just parents, mom & pop business owners, etc who ask me to do designs which all seemed to be the same theme. I can direct them to PosterMyWall, which they can find the same themes they always ask me for, customize themselves, and easily afford. Of course, the forced FREE option PosterMyWall offers its customers with a watermark took off. So did both the premium(membership buyers...creators receive a royalty split) and standard(non-member buyers...creators receive a preset pay based on type of download). Well, the first few months I was paid accurately. Yet, the final two, I could see the standard aka full price selection the customer made, yet, I was not being credited for it, nor was the dollar amount updated ro show standard purchase or purchase at all. I quickly alerted them through their Zendesk(horrible) customer service email relay to which each time I received a different person who I'd have to re-explain the issue...not hear anything back...start the email again, several times. In this I either received no response for days OR a response telling me that they were working on it. Twenty days later, they still hadnt corrrcted the issue. The payout cutoff happens and I am not paid for hundreds of standard purchases, just 15. I email again with a reply of "we're working on it." I have since deleted all of my designs, cancelled my membership, and am doing my best to warn all creators that I have not been paid for 3 months of standard purchase aka full priced items with a nonsensical email reply from the company of "we're working on it." Meanwhile, Red Bubble, Zazzle, Etsy are much better in that you do not have to give designs for free and guess what, they pay you what you are owed!!!!!! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid...PosterMyWall!!!!!

SCAM! Well, that depends… it has some drawbacks and some advantages. If you’re a novice computer nerd, you might find it hard to navigate the site.

Subscription drama! This is a scam! There's only one method of paying for a subscription by credit card. No PayPal, no BSB or EFT options. DON'T GIVE your credit card details online to any organisation, period! If you subscribe, your credit card details are locked in for annual auto renewal AND to navigate to cancel or change your subscription is … surprise, surprise… deliberately made difficult.

I will say, the site has some fantastic, good-quality templates made by its subscribed creators.

The issues for FREE posters come with a wee catch: 1) Your work has "Made by PosterMyWall" pasted at the bottom of your hard work. Well, that's fair enough....AND the final download is not to A4 size. You have to pay a reasonable fee to purchase the image without the embedded wording. 2) Don’t paste an animated video image on your poster, as this limits the download option to a video only instead of a .jpeg image.

This site has served me well, offering the option to pay for some images at a reasonable price. There’s room for improvement. I won't subscribe until there is a PayPal option.

Well, well a response was received from PosterMyWall! Hopefully, they truly have made the process of cancelling a subscription easier. BUT... there's nothing said about the other points I raised, which only verifies what I'm saying is dinkum (truth).

The website/app is amazing. But why do I finish doing a poster and I can't duplicate/download it with all of the elements?

Ordered a simple Flyer, paid 2.99 spent like 3Hours designing it and when I downloaded it some of the words were not legible because they were printed on top of each other somehow. It’s been 3 days and no resolution, they did respond to my first email but not my last 2

Disappointed with PosterMyWall: Major Damage with No Response

I’ve been a loyal user of PosterMyWall for a long time, and it has always been a valuable tool for my creative projects. However, I’m deeply disappointed with their customer service. My MacBook Pro was irreparably damaged due to an overheating issue that seems directly linked to using their platform, which I’ve reported to their team multiple times.

Despite explaining the situation and seeking an amicable solution (even just a used MacBook to replace the one I lost), I haven’t received any response to my recent emails. It’s frustrating not to be heard, especially when such a serious issue has caused significant damage and forced me to cover unexpected costs.

I still believe in the quality of their service, but companies should respond professionally and show care for their customers, particularly in situations like this.

They have lost control of there website. Not only has all my designs vanished into the bermuda triangle. all those hours of hard work gone. all my none retrivable pictures used gone. you contact them never to recieve a reply. so again got to start from scratch when i had everything already on there website. but im sure they will be glad to take my money when i have finnished creating from scratch again. eveytime i login now its like i have refreshed and only just opened account. im about to log out of postermywall. i have bookedmarked the page. i can gaurrentee my work will be gone. wake up get back to your customers. no way would i subscribe when next time i enter your site everything will have vanished.

PosterMyWall is a awesome site for creating a whole host of graphic designs, email campaigns, and so much more! It takes minutes to design logos flyers and emails that will wow your clients and customers and make your teaching easy. The prices are'nt outragous and you get a whole host of things for free! Honestly can't rate this high enough 1 hundred stars ( and coming from someone who is very very fussy about websites and graphic design)🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩i am in love with this website for all things marketing/graphic design/ logo etc. home and business and school (impress your teachers!)

Once you design and pay what I consider a high fee for a simple poster, you can't download it, the platform hangs. Can't even send a message to support.

Rubbish. Far too complicated.

No phone support. Impossible to cancel subsription

They deducted my funds without updating my subscription. Beware of this company.

Been using them for past 6 months now.
First 3 months as free user. The experience good.
Then next 3 months as paid subscription.
So far so good.

The stock audio could have been better. I hope they do something about it.

Be very wary of this company I had been using them for a few months great site for graphics etc until I noticed on my credit card statement random charges in dollars from American companies …. Ok you think strange but seeing as my payment card has never been used for any. Other company and only used for transactions with postermywall then either them or the card payment company they use has some severe data leaks going on
