Very pleased with my purchases and response from customer services. Products are well made and give excellent support. However, whilst my order was dispatched very quickly, FedEx were a nightmare!
Since request was made after DSE risk assessment the whole process took less than 2 weeks to have someone come out and assess my workstation until delivery of item. I am awaiting Email to book appoint... Voir plus

Delivered to wrong address
I gave my home address, as requested, for delivery as I am a home worker. I then went on leave, only to come back to find that the footrest had been sent to our head office, not remotely close to my location. I had not seen any of the delivery updates due to being away.
When I emailed upon my return, asking if a footrest could be sent to the correct address, I was told that it has already been delivered, and no other solution to rectify the situation.

from start to finish the experience was faultless. Assessor was very knowledgably and concise, delivery was very prompt and driver very helpful. Chair installer was great and fully explained the functionality of the chair.

Parcel not yet received after 2 weeks
The parcel arrived this morning, 30/06/2026, delayed due to an incorrect address on the parcel. It was well packed. I shouldn't grumble as it would be difficult to beat the price and quality. Trustpilot and Posturite work well together. I will order again, as a rare blip does happen to the very best at times.
