The quality of the Chair is exceptional and the delivery time was supper fast. Installation very simple and straight forward. Definitely recommend RH 200 chair as one of the top in the market.

Very good ordering experience with Posturite, but delivery delayed by some dispatch problem. Goods shipped from Coventry by Parcelforce express 24 on Thursday 11th and travelled via Preston, Chorley and Leeds before being eventually delivered on Monday 15th.

A brilliant shopping experience
Fantastic service all around. The items I purchased, replacement parts for my RH Logic 400, arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Having videos on the Posturite website showing how to replace the parts is extremely helpful.
Ebony has also been brilliant in both applying a discount code and getting the refund to me after an issue at the checkout, and in trying to source some particularly hard to find screws.
I would definitely shop with Posturite again.
