Good quality, good service, prompt delivery - perfect! Just what 'it says on the tin'.

I've been very impressed by 'Pots and Pans', who've now fulfilled two orders of mine. They've been unfailingly helpful in organising deliveries on chosen dates, and both my orders have arrived by 'next day' service, not the days and sometimes weeks that their competitors can take. I am happy to recommend them.

quick and quality service

Some of the items I ordered were damaged in transit. I contacted them on opening and they immediately placed a replacement order for the items damaged. Second shipment arrived very well packed and all in one piece. Thank you

Ordering was easy. Post was swift and efficient. Slight problem with two of the pans which they were ultra keen to put right, we exchanged a couple of e-mails with the customer service rep Lucy. Much to our surpirse not only did they replace the pans they let us keep the old ones, which made it very easy for us with no return posting. Obviously the defect to the pans wasn't a lot and we will be able to use them and as you can image are very chuffed. Would certainly not hesitate in using this Company again. Often in life things are not as they should be and people are evasive and retiscent to rectify this being the opposite of Pots and Pan where their aim was to swiftly and effiiciently replace the damaged items. I would not give it a second thought to recommend them to our friends and family. So to conclude I could not praise them enough and thank them very much for items that will last me and my fiance a very long time.

You would think that when you order something these days the site could at least tell you if its in or out of stock. To then receive a request for an experience review before the goods have even been dispatched is really asking for it.

Its promised in 3 - 5 days. We are on day 3 now and counting.

Will I use them again? - no I think I will look for a site which has some connection to their stock control system.

I ordered a pair of le creuset mini casseroles tosend to my daughter at university.
They were a brilliant price and dispatched very quickly - even though I had forgotten to put her full address on!

Fantastic service and speedy delivery

I ordered a range of Le Creuset iron ware. None of the items where in stock and where shipped to me one at a time as and when. I can only assume they drop ship.

ALL of the items where defective and in speaking to Le Creuset I was advised what I had been sent where B grade stock. This is not what I expected or wanted.

On the plus side the girls at pots and pans where very helpful and polite. If you are happy with B grade stock them I have no problems recommending them. However if like me you don't them avoid this merchant at all costs.

I was delighted with the items I purchased from Pots and Pans. Although not all my order was delivered at the same time, the missing item soon appeared. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting good quality items. I will be using their services again.

Thank you for providing a wonderful service! I had been in love with the Richardson Sheffield brand since using a knife set whilst holidaying in Scotland in 2011. As I couldn't find them anywhere in Australia, I was very excited to find the Pots & Pans website! Ordering was easy, & the prices were excellent. The only thing that could have been improved, would have been to send an email confirming my order. I am extremely happy with my new knives (& the way it was packaged ensured they arrived in perfect condition). :)
