Devo dire che ero un pò preoccupato quando ho fatto l'ordine, vista qualche recensione che parlava di un pessimo servizio clienti e di pacchi mai consegnati. Però per quella che è stata la mia esperienza devo dire che non c'è stato nessun bisogno del servizio clienti, ho fatto l'ordine e mi è stato consegnato nei tempi previsti. La qualità dei prodotti è ottima e le date di scadenza in regola, non so se sia stata una coincidenza ma il "regalo misterioso" (un prodotto casuale regalato al momento dell'ordine) aveva un dosaggio che combaciava con il resto del mio ordine quando mi aspettavo inserissero qualcosa di estramamente forte giusto per sbarazzarsene.

Edit: Got a response and after some time they handled it at my package was delivered

No response when e-mailing the Company. My order was supposed to be delivered 14th of march, still hasnt seen anything. The ups tracking isn’t changing. Just a waste of money.

I purchased 30 tins and received expired pouches.

It's fast delivery and cheap prices so 5 stars from me. I should also mentioned it's good service to.

After a delay in the shipping the company helped me resolve the issue, and resend my package.

The communication could have been smoother but all in all, would recommend :)

Paid for postnord shipping, they used UPS anyway and I had to pay a $100 tariff fee doubling the price of the order.

Never responded to emails, never using again.

This snuss delivery always makes my day. They seem to put in something extra a lot of the times, like candy or fun stickers. Last time it felt a bit like I was opening a mystery box, so fun. Definitely would recommend ordering your snuss here!

I have an issue with my order, the BAOW Ice Mint they sent me is expiring in 8 days and it was made 2 years ago, ALL 10 OF THEM! How am I supposed to use all 10 of those cans by myself before they expire??? I tested one and it tastes awful, the effect has completely worn off from it being 2 years old! I requested refund for those 10 cans, but after 3 days still no response whatsoever. I cannot use or enjoy those pouches! I can't give Pouchland more than 2 stars for now for this reason, if the issue is resolved I'll change it.

Further Update. Customer service resent the order and this time it arrived without any issues. Thanks.

Update: Still no reply to my emails to support despite the company's response below to my original review and still no delivery.

Have not received my delivery. Ups tracking just says will notify me when delivery date available. No reply to my email from Pouchland.
