Awesome website and great vendor
Fast delivery to France with very competitive prices. I had one item missing in my package, i sent an email, got a fast reply and 4 days after the item. I highly recommend this online shop.

SPOT ON SERVICE, DELIVERY AND PRODUCTS!
Ordered a North Rebel for my other half but had to phone the shop for help.
These guys really know their stuff! I was very impressed with the service, they advised me very well and the delivery was next day! The quality of the products its amazing! No problems at all and will buy again!

In stock mean no stock!
I bought 3 rash vests from powerkiteshop for my upcoming kitesurfing trip to the Dominican Republic. After 4 days no emails, no delivery. So I rang them to ask where are my goods.
The response was that it was a supplier fault and my gear would arrive "possibly" next week! Well next week I am already gone! So very much useless to me!
So be warned when the shop says " in stock" it means we really don't know when you will get your item but we will take your money anyway!!!

Good service and fast delivery.... also to Denmark!
I have been byuing kitesurfing accessories several times at Powerkiteshop. Always things have been delivered on time, to a reasonable price and with a good service.... and that all the way to Denmark :)

no fast e-mail respons, but otherwise good
I ordered some equipment from powerkiteshop. I live in Denmark so expected delivery is 3-4 days.
Day 3: I wrote to their support (e-mail), to know if the packet was on the way.
Day 5: I wrote another e-mail and a message on their facebook page.
Later day 5: I get a reply saying they send me another mail explaining that they are out of stock on one of the items for 2 weeks, and if I would like it in another color insted.
I don't know where the other mail ended, I use gmail, and it was not in my spam box.
Anyway I agreed to the offer, and got the packet 4 days later in perfect condition.

While searching for a kite for my son`s birthday I came across Powerkiteshop.com very easy on a search engine.I was impressed by their wide variety of products and custom buit options.
Having had no idea what to buy I was pleasantly surprised when I rang them (they have a free phone...not many shops have that option these days) and I was helped by a lovely gentleman who clearly knew what he was talking about.He also recommended me other little things I could buy to make sure my son is safe. I ordered around 4 pm and it arrived the next morning! Unbelievable customer service and fast delivery.
My son was delighted with his present so I can only say thank you to Powerkiteshop from an extremely satisfied customer!

Great great shop!
I called into the shop in person, as it is not too far from where I live. Having not flown kites for some years, I was a little apprehensive about making a purchase. I needn't have worried.
One of the gents in the shop took me through a lot of options and gave me some really good advice. The result is that I have just spent the most smile generating £180 ever........Oh, and having taken said recently acquired kite on her maiden flight, I can't feel my forearms!
