I am very happy with my Filter Logic replacement cartridge which I always purchase from Pozzani. The price is good and delivery is always quick.

Slightly disappointed! Ordered & paid for the Pozzani IX600 No10 Kitchen Spring (Hard Water) Filter. When the parcel arrived, I found that the tool to remove the filter casing was missing. Contacted Pozzani, who informed me that I would need to buy the tool seperately, as it was not part of the purchase - even though it clearly shows the tool on the webpage, with the other items that were included - where you place your order! Pozzani inform me that they will amend the images on their webpage. Doesn't leave me satisfied - they did acknowledge that it was their issue, as it was there on the order page. I felt they should have sent me one - at least as a goodwill gesture. Not that I was asking for something that I didn't feel entitled to ask for. Shame. Hey- ho!!

Excellent service. I get reminded as to when my filters need to be renewed. I find this very useful and just click to re-order.
I don’t have stupid niggles. This company is top class.

No major issues over a long service span - the only issue is lack of reminders with filter renewal, would be appreciated.

Beware, these Brita filter replacements need to be washed out, before use.
A major chore.
They cannot just be taken from the packet and installed.

I live in a hard water area and my kettles let alone my insides have had severe problems with lime scale. I have been using these filters for many years now and have not had to descale my kettle once. They are a good price and do exactly what they promise. I would recommend them to anyone

My parents lived in a hard water area and had been accustomed to having a water jug with a cartridge filter that needed to be replaced on a regular basis multiple times per year.

Then they got their ‘yuppie tap’ as they called it. The installation of the dedicated tap plus the associated pipe work & filter housing, created a clean & simple on-demand filtered water system.

It was always easy to get replacement filters every 18 or 24 months depending on usage.

I have been a customer for some time now and been very happy with the service I have received until this morning that is!!
When I phoned today to query an order that was wrong (no fault of my own)
The customer service operator was impatient with me and give a long sigh I apologised for not understanding what she was communicating to me, NOT what I was expecting this morning.

I have shopped with Pozzani for a couple of years. I mainly rely on them for drinking water filtration as my water is fed from a stream. However, since they have proved reliable my shopping cart has extended to fridge filters and water jug filters. I have never had a problem -even during lockdown- and if a product is temporarily out of stock a suggested replacement is offered. I find their reminder system useful and obviously since they would prefer you to buy from them it is not pushy.
Overall a great company to deal with and I recommend them constantly to friends and family

We have been using Pozzani filters for 27 years, and have just bought one of their three way taps - gorgeous. Really chunky, high quality tap, easy to fit, and it came with a free system - the new type which is SO easy to fit. Highly recommend this company. Customer service is always polite and friendly. Really disappointed with the dreadful customer service. I bought the wrong model and the to-ing and fro-ing on email to try to get a return was really annoying. Given up, won't use them again.

Used for over ten years and never had a problem. So twice a year the filter arrives at a very reasonable cost and all I have to do is fit it.
The filter, the packaging and payment service has been without fault therefore I can only say it has been an excellent experience for me.

I LOVE the fact that the company send a reminder that your filter needs changing and takes you straight to your account and the item you previously ordered (saves you having to check the fridge every 6 months). Delivery has always been prompt. Very happy customer.

To give a balanced review, I have purchased the same filters from this company since 2015, and I can state that I have never had a problem. That said I have never had to contact the company for a customer service issue until today. The filter for my Samsung fridge arrived which I duly fitted as per the process I have completed on some 8-10 times previously. Never had a problem until today. It was quite apparent that the filter had a faulty o ring seal and water was leaking rapidly from the filter housing. What followed was a fairly unpleasant clean up process having to empty the fridge, pull it out from where it is housed in order to mop up all the leaked water. Somewhat of an inconvenience if I'm to be honest, but these things happen. I quickly established that it was a faulty o ring by swapping it with the filter I had removed. The leak stopped. What caused me the most concern was the experience I encountered when contacting Pozzani to inform them of my tribulations. I initially spoke to a female who put me on hold for a while and then answered again and said 'We have never had a problem before, we'll send some more o rings out if you require'. When questioning further, the female put me on to a male who gave his name as Steve. It was apparent from the off that Steve was in my opinion quite arrogant and dismissive of my issue, repeating that they sell lots of the filters and have never had a problem. As mentioned earlier, I have never had a problem, but on this occasion I did. He repeated that he would send some new o rings out but that didn't particularly excite me given that I would need to change the filter again. I had thought that a goodwill gesture of a future discount on a subsequent order may have been appropriate, but he categorically refused. When mentioning that I would include my experience in a review, Steve decided that he would send out a new filter and the old one would need to be returned for inspection. He spoke over me whilst I was trying to explain what had happened and his demeanour was generally unhelpful. The conversation wasn't pleasant hence why I have felt it necessary to write this review. Had I been offered a small discount on a subsequent purchase to appease me for the endeavour I had just had I would have been happy but this was not to be. I am aware that I can source the exact same filter considerably cheaper from an alternative supplier, just a simple internet search on filter logic, and this is what I will do in future. I have also been invoiced for a FilterLogic FL-293G priced at £18.48 which is what I ordered. I have been sent a FilterLogic FFL-180S, priced at £15.39. Both prices are excluding delivery. There is no mention of this on my invoice and no refund included for the £3.09 difference, which seems a little deceitful. Customer service means everything.

Excellent company. Been using them for 10+ years never any issues with their service or products, always super quality products that do exactly what they’re meant to. Love the volume discounts and great initial pricing. Quick and cheap shipping to me here in Greece too...can’t ask for more really
