PRA Air Conditioning Avis

Brilliant! Fast and exceptional service. i have been a customer of this company for over 25 years and they are second to none. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Their service and costs are excellent. If you need air conditioning repairs or service please do not look any further than PRA.

PRA fitter air con in our living room and bedroom this week. Excellent service from 1st contact. Quote was provided promptly and they fully explained our options, pricing is competitive. They assisted us with getting electrician to do what was needed. Installation was clean, trouble free, and the guys were friendly and competent. There's no mess, no fuss and we are delighted . Would absolutely recommend

We recently had an air conditioning unit fitted in our bedroom by PRA and we couldn't be happier with the service provided.

The room is an unusual shape and we weren't sure whether air con would even be feasible, but from the initial visit Paul was extremely helpful in helping us choose the correct unit whilst avoiding an invasive and complicated install. The installation itself went very smoothly, arrival was prompt and everything was completed exactly as expected and left clean and tidy. The unit has already proven it's worth in this hot weather and we would not hesitate to recommend PRA.

PRA installed AC in my home. They worked with me to find a solution which wouldn't look too industrial. The install went really well after we worked together to gain access to my loft space and supply power via a sensible route. Final solution (especially given the heat) has been fantastic. We coupled it with Solar and Batteries, which means we remain cool and cost free during the numerous heatwaves!

We are a firm of Chartered Accountants and have used PRA services for the past 2 years to carry out service and maintenance. I have found them to be helpful and professional. I would recommend them highly.

Difficult to try and find what to say with so many fine reviews by previous customers of PRA.
We found them to be exceptionally proficient coupled with the friendly assistance in finding the right unit to fit our needs all friendly with no pressure by the lovely Jenna, The installation was trouble free.
Wonderful local company i was happy to use for my Airconditioning requirements.

My air conditioner was fitted quickly and efficiently and the engineers were polite, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. The contact beforehand with the Maintenance and Servicing Manager was also easy and efficient. I am happy to recommend this company.

We recently had an air conditioning unit installed in our office by PRA Air Conditioning and couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team was friendly, professional, and highly efficient. The installation was completed smoothly with very little disruption to the office, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. Highly recommend PRA Air Conditioning to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

A great well run family company, we had our first unit fitted 3 years ago. They made a brilliant job, tidy and gave a thorough explanation of how to use it. We are now on our third aircon unit, that shows the trust we have with PRA Air conditioning.

Grate people, trustworthy, and they did a bostin job

We had an air conditioning unit fitted into our race truck, not an easy job but the guys from PRA handled it with precision and over came the issues they faced. The job was perfect. The initial advice was exactly what we needed to guide us to make the right choice.

I reached out to a few companies and PRA where the most efficient and arrange a meeting to review, at this point they got the units working and there member of staff was excellent, we since have signed up and again they could not do more for us

Good customer service, excellent products, approachable and work of a high standard. We have used this company many times and they have fitted quite a few air con units for us up to now. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic, emailed for a price, confirmed, came in and sorted, easy dealing with, just how it should be !

They ere able to send someone out the same day when our air conditioner started making funny noises. Were able to diagnose and fix the problem within a week. Courteous and friendly team from the guys that came in to the people we spoke with on the phone.

Great service ✅
Clean and professional ✅
Game changer for my working environment 👌🏻

We went out for quotations with two companies for a single A/C unit in our bedroom. PRA was the most clear on answering our long list of questions and giving excellent advice/options.

The service manager (Lucy) was great and spent time to answer questions prior to us accepting the quotation

The fitting experience was very professional with the two fitters doing a great job and agreeing all the detail up front prior to starting work. The final product looks really great and work very well

One big selection criteria for us is that we did not want a "one man band". PRA are a family business and really give confidence about longjevity.

If price is your number one consideration, then this company is not for you. But if you want a great quality job, great equipment and a smooth running project from first enquiry, design and quotation and a first rate, tidy install then this is the company for you.

PRA are always willing to provide and support advice for my installation, including provision of maintenance agreements. Their teams are always friendly, pragmatic and professional.

All dealt with professionally and courteously.
