Premiere Neige Avis 

We stayed at The Peak and had an absolutely incredible experience. The chefs quality and variation of food was amazing, the log fires lit for us every night, the attention to detail throughout the chalet was incredible and the staff were amazing, not to mention the huge spa with incredible views. We were wowed at every level. Thank you for taking such great care of us all and making us feel like Kings and Queens whist seamlessly giving us our privacy. We would 100% love to come and stay again.

Premiere Neige holiday was brilliant from start to finish. Friendly staff, in gorgeous chalet with meals that wouldn’t have been out of place in a top restaurant. Plus the resort is Christmas on insta it’s so pretty.

Booked a family ski trip with Premiere Neige to Saint Foy. Service was excellent and they were very helpful with making all the arrangements from connections, accommodation, ski pass, insurance, ski gear etc. No issues at all. We stayed at the Marigold Chalet. Wow! Super 5-star experience. Charming resort. Would definitely go back again.

It was our first experience skiing as a family. We were with 3 other families sharing a gorgeous chalet. The bar has been raised super high - we will always compare our exceptional ski holiday arranged by Premiere Neige with any other future trip we plan. The accommodation was fit for royalty as was the helpful team who organised all our needs from ski passes to hiring kit, lessons and great suggestions on anything related to the area. Can’t wait to go there again!

Magical village that ticks every box! Premier Neige are experienced, efficient and warm in offering a 5 star ski experience in St foy. The accommodation is luxurious with many options to pick from- we enjoyed self catering with some meals out in the village and on the slopes . I would go back every year we loved it so

Bad, bad management.

Stayed in The Peak mid January and had the best time! Amazing food, really friendly, helpful team. Incredible chalet just a stone's throw from the first chairlift and nursery slopes. So good to come back to a hot tub with mountain views and then enjoy canapés and a four course dinner! A proper treat, we will be back!

Used them a few times in the past for ski trips to saint foy, now that covid has hit they won't refund anyone. Only offering 'vouchers' that they know are as good as useless and not protected by any financial system.

Should have known better as when we booked back in Jan 2020 for 2021 they wierdly asked for payment by bank transfer, when previously it was always by card. I can only assume they did this as they knew that there is no chargeback available for bacs transactions. It's basically like handing over an envelope of cash!

Would never use them again!
