Proper product for my healthcare service, only the DHL delivery was late even I paid higher fees for that.

I ordered the products on April 25th and have not yet received them, and have no idea when they may arrive. Therefore my experience so far has not been good.

Watch out for the delivery charges
Great price for the purchased item, but the delivery costs was excessive when compared to the price charged but other companies for similar packages.

Excellent delivery service
Excellent delivery service, as we are local to the company. The quality of the product is rather less than 5*. The toe wedge appears to be nicely made, but is shorter than others I’ve used. The elastic is quite narrow, and of poor quality, having little tension. This means that the wedge tends to move out of position when you’re pulling on socks. This was the ‘fixed’ model. The ‘adjustable’ model may be better, but only if the elastic is of better quality.
Disappointed, because this is one of the few companies supplying direct to the public, rather than podiatrists.
