Proper product for my healthcare service, only the DHL delivery was late even I paid higher fees for that.

Just a pleasure to buy from a reliable supplier a quality medical product. In contrast I am awaiting a prescription 5 x FR22 Tiemann tip catheter from Germany. It is now nearly three Months of waiting, I have had to buy my own but are not Tiemann tip unfortunately.

I still don’t have my parcel
I still don’t have my parcel. It’s not the company’s fault, but I paid £9 for delivery for parcelforce not to deliver it! No card left, no idea where my delivery is

We’re really sorry you have had problems with your delivery with Parcelforce. We shipped your parcel on the same day of your order being placed which would typically get to you the next day. Unfortunately, the industrial strike action by Parcelforce has caused severe problems throughout the parcel network. I can see that you have now received your order, with that being said I do hope that you are happy with your products.

A breath of fresh air!
Premier Healthcare & Hygiene Ltd were very good to deal with. I required some air fresheners. The product I wanted was delivered promptly and they also answered two of my queries personally on the telephone. I will use this company again.

We have been dealing with this company for a number of years and we will continue to do so as they are very efficient, helpful and delivery time is perfect.
If a product is not in their brochure they will go all out to find the product.

Sorry to hear you are unhappy with our service.
As per our telephone conversation, you will have been made aware of the product status both on the product page and at checkout. As the products was out of stock, a back order message would have advised you that is the case and would take additional time to ship.
You also opted to pay by bank transfer, you will have been made aware at checkout and on your confirmation email that payment is required upfront for all orders using this payment option but we did not receive payment and therefore could not process the order.
