Wrote a review some time ago was asked to take it down by love warranty.

Carfinance247 paid them on the 13/02/2026 but was told car was not ready then they called us 2 weeks later and told us we can pick it up this was for 27/02/2026.

There opening lines when you call will be it just had its wheels powder coated and thats the hook.

Had problems with my land rover discovery sport within days of buying it.

Had it diagnosed with 15 faults and battery problems love warranty sorted the battery and within 2 days same problems as if a new battery will fix all the electrical faults.

The garage will not take responsibility for the faults just fob you off with talk to the warranty company.

Normal buy direct from main dealer but not this time worst mistake i made keep your money look elsewhere.

Bought this vehicle in good faith after having my cancer treatment and this is how they treat people.

And after your write your review they say don't recall selling you this vehicle.

This vehicle is used for work and as ambulance community first responder so need to be spot this is just a bag of faults.

Would not mind but they have never even offered to repair the vehicle engine covers & battery covers missing but not on MOT these are advisories on an MOT.

I bought a car from here beginning of January travelled from Scotland 4hrs on the train and When we arrived the car wasn’t ready was still being valeted when we got in the car it was soaking all the seats we arrived at 4pm didn’t get out of here till 6pm on the friday we got there this was arranged days before so knew we was coming the car was full of dog hair in the boot also
after having the car no more then an hour the engine management light came on.
So limp mode kicked in so a 5hr car journey took us 7hours to get home. I emailed gavin he advised i use the warrenty to deal with it and i had to take it to a vat registered garage. It came up with 3 codes when plugged in p006a, p094b and p2279 after this i said i don't want the car but he asked to try and get it fixed and go from there i said ok but he still wanted me to use the warranty which was a limit of 3000, so anything else would go wrong it wouldn't be covered. So decided the best option was to take it back his reply was well you came and collected you can drive it back.... so more money wasted as the fuel was being eaten due to the car issues and more money to travel home again took him days to return the finance my broker helped pushed this along i dont think id have got anywhere with out them as he ignored my emails and calls the excuses his staff gave was with customers so finally he returned the finance so I could finally go ahead and get another car and now we are 6weeks later and still no sign of getting my tax money back i paid him 195 for the full tax year but as he didnt have the correct v5(customer didnt had it in apparently) so he call someone to tax it and we had to pay the tax money to him directly it got taxed for 6months but apparently that was judt a mistake and once the v5 gets sorted ill get s cheque from the tax (but seeing as he only taxed it 6months not sure how ill get the full amount) he got someone to phone me the other day to ask if I had the v5 yet as they needed it, which I dont as I dont believe hes sent off for it as it was last dated the 12dec for the last log book on the government website and its still taxed by law he should have it sorn to put in to the trade stock till the new owner buys it but it was never done.

I've bought a from a fair few places for a car but this has by far been the worst ive ever experienced and would warn anyone thinking of buying a car from here dont look up reviews everywhere hes done this multiple times hes been taken to court also as when I went to hire a car from Arnold clark in Leeds to go home the boy that we got car from was taking him to court for issues he had with the car he got from there absolute cowboy
