Price Self Storage Avis 230

Upon arrival, there was a wait due to being understaffed. I was able to understand at the time because it happens, but the experience has only gone downhill from there. I asked about the free truck and driver offered for new customers due to needing to move out the next day, was told that they would get back to me. After reaching out the next morning, I was told that the truck was no longer available, and that the one opening they had available for that day had passed. In order to make it up to us, they unlocked one of the carts in lieu of providing the complementary token. Just two days ago, my husband and youngest son spent two hours trying to get into the building due to the door being broken. When my husband needed to get into the space, he was told that there was no way that anyone would be able to get in until the door was fixed and that they were waiting for someone to fix it, no ETA available. He was also told that there was no way that they could be let into the building until the door is fixed. This experience has been more of a headache then it needed to be, and I won't be using them again.

The place is clean and safe the location is perfect for me , the customer service is great thank you guys .

Yes this a very good company everybody's friendly and they work with you to get size of storage you may need. I'm hopping they well work with me to get a bigger storage with out to much work?

Leasing rep was a little rude regarding my concerns and could have been a bit more empathetic

very clean, quiet, & professional atmosphere. a great staff really makes this location stand out. what u will not like about this location is the 3rd floor. i didn't spend time on the 2nd floor, so i won't speculate on about that floor. but the 3rd floor really heats up steadily. it makes it difficult to spend any significant time up there. i had to constantly come down to the 1st floor where there is a flow of cool dry air. but if u really want to cool off, the bathroom is the coolest (temperature) place in the building.

the staff is so friendly, I was working with Neil and he was so great, he worked with me and considered my situation and really helped my family and out a lot!!! great place!

We were so impressed with the young lady that helped us. She was professional and was very patient with us. We r 73 and 80.

I would recommend this company to anyone!

Deceptive pricing /fees which may be common in the industry but still suck.

Chris did a great job on helping me out with the correct choice of rental.
