Prime Property Auctions Avis

Despite initial apprehension about using the Prime Property model, we needn't have worried. We are REALLY happy with every aspect of the service. Very quick sale. Got the sum we wanted and John and his team kept us up to date throughout the process. We'd definitely use Prime again!

Brilliant service.
The team really know their stuff.
Bought a small flat and sent it straight to them.
They sold it right away and for much more than the reserve we had set.

Quick, efficient and good communication.
What more can you ask.

Definitely use again.

Sold a property through prime and got exact amount they told me prior to signing up

Referred properties to them which they have managed to get a sold and a win win for everyone involved

Been a stress free process and will continue to do business with them

The whole process was incredibly easy from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained, communication was excellent, and it all ran smoothly. A really professional and straightforward experience — highly recommend.

Many thanks to Prime Auction Team. Your attention and support from auction day to completion day was great, from insurance referral, legal teams and their efforts to have keys picked up in different part of country on completion. Excellent teamwork.

Great company and team. Very good at what they do & honest and transparent

I had a great experience with Prime Property Options and John Morris. The service was incredibly efficient from start to finish. I was genuinely surprised at how fast everything moved.

The deal was sealed much quicker than I expected. John’s communication was clear and professional throughout, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Professional auction house with super helpful and friendly team. John Morris was great in facilitating.

John and team provide excellent service when it comes to buying and selling property. I have recently bought from them and can highly recommend them. The team were considerate to my buying circumstances and timelines to settle were arranged to accommodate.

I am a first time auction seller and I officially sold my flat yesterday, before auction, at the exact price I wanted, in less than a week!
I’m in awe of how quick and simple this was, especially with how many of my family members advised against it due to it not being the traditional route.
I have to give the biggest praise to Ekoé who not only clearly explained the entire process for me but, very patiently, answered all my questions thereafter with knowledge and transparency.
I have now had an offer accepted on my very first house and it could not have gone smoother without Prime.
Top tier service! Thank you very much to John, Luis, Ekoe, Kris and Danielle for your expertise and hand in helping me take a massive worry off my back.

I sold my property with John and his team at Prime Property Auctions. My property was an old hotel being converted into a house. It was halfway through development, which made it less attractive to most buyers.

With Prime Auctions, my property was listed on all the major platforms like Rightmove, but it also had the added benefit of being auctioned. It sold in the first auction it participated in, with no issues at all.

Prime does not take a single penny until the sale is complete, unlike many other estate agents. John was superb at keeping me informed about the progress of the sale and responded to my messages extremely quickly, despite his busy schedule.

I also used MTL Solicitors (John's father's firm) to keep the process simple. David and Christine were also great to work with and clearly communicated with John daily, which made everything run smoothly.

I couldn’t recommend Prime Property enough. I would definitely use them again!

I've worked with Prime Property Auctions on a few occasions now and they always manage to turn around sales very quickly, achieve a fantastic selling price all while keeping me informed of the progress etc... 10/10 from me.

Ithe team go above and beyond. Easy to deal with and you get walked through the process without any of the hassle as the team deal with it all.

Can't recommend Luis and the team enough. Feel free to contact me if your unsure but I guarantee that one call to them will put your Monday rest. Much deserved 5 starts !!

Thank you Luis

The people are easy to talk to and are very helpful. They understood my needs; they kept in touch; they didn’t wait to be chased; they explained the procedures in easy-to-understand terms. And they sold my property.

Clean and clear process , good friendly staff with an excellent response time

Friendly professional company. Kept me informed and provided the best advice

Great service, kept in touch and remained professional.

John at Prime helped me sell through auction. This was over Christmas time and he was fully contactable and outreaching to prospective buyers for me. Can't fault the service. Friendly, professional and trust worthy.

Thanks John and the team I appreciate your help selling my property and the communication through out
Cheers
Joe

Really happy with Malcolm and his professionalism throughout a process. We had previously thought we’d never buy through an auction, but thanks to all the honesty and help, we have just purchased a property we have been trying to find for two years that ticked all our boxes. The least stressful process we’ve had buying!!
