Primethorpe Paving Avis

Excellent product and good communication about delivery

The whole process was seamless and straight forward. We dealt with Kelsey who kept us updated every step of the process, answered all of our queries and our hearth was delivered exactly as planned. Would gladly recommend and shop again.

Ordered and paid for 2 bulk bags of blue slate to be phoned the next day to be told they don't deliver to my address I check and read thur there delivery description nothing to say they don't deliver to ni unlike all other places that don't deliver they did not make this information accessible now I've to wait 3-5 working days on a refund waste of time

I ordered a hearth from these guys and I have to say that their customer service was outstanding. The communication was superb from start to finish and team members that I spoke to including Kelsey, Donna and I think a chap named Lee, were all exceptionally professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had a couple of changes to my drawing and decided to opt for delivery after I'd already stated that I would collect and these issues were dealt with immediately and very easily. I wouldn't hesitate in using these guys again and it's no wonder they've got 5 stars on the reviews. A pleasure to do business with!

Before placing an order for slate hearths, I dedicated some time to researching different companies and reading customer reviews. I must say, I was extremely impressed by the exceptional level of service provided by Primethorpe Paving. Not only did they deliver the hearth in the exact size as agreed, but it also arrived on time and was packaged exceptionally well. Moreover, their customer service team went above and beyond, displaying remarkable professionalism.
