Primethorpe Paving Avis

We recently ordered a sample from Primethorpe Paving. We called in to discuss this and they were really helpful. The sample arrived very quickly and the cost was reasonable. We are now looking to visit their showroom, they appear to have a very large range of pavers and at very good prices. Very pleased with the service so far and would recommend.

Great service and friendly staff. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

There was a fine surface crack at one of the internal corners which I’m still trying to polish out with the extra bottle of oil sent out after I questioned the finish. Customer service were too quick to suggest that my moving the stone could be the cause even though it was seen while still on the pallet. I’m also not yet convinced about the finish on the visible edge face. I’ll have to try oil there too.

Really happy with the tiles and coping stones. Excellent quality.

I had a relatively complicated kitchen worktop need and Primethorpe were incredibly thorough in checking my measurements, highlighting my
Errors and giving me advise.

The finished product looks great and they delivered within the timescales they said they would.

Really happy with a unique worktop.

Good quality coping stones and delivery was on point. Many thanks!

The delivery was as described, no problems whatsoever.
When calculating the size and measurementsvof my hearth, they were checked on a phone call back to me. I had full confidence that everything was in hand and under control.
The slate hearth was of great quality and good value for money.
I would happily purchase again

Good advice from sales staff, enjoyed the fact that I could buy by the square meter to suit my needs, sandstone looks to be good quality

Product was good, but delivery expensive and upon opening one item was damaged. Unfortunately the builder wishing to get on, put the damaged stone to one side until I arrived home.
Sadly as we had not taken a photo when opening the pallet, no replace, no refund.

Had the pallet been unloaded at the time of delivery we would have seen the damage, had there been a notice to say unload and check, we would have known to check, even though we took a photo of the damaged it, its down to me...
Not a good experience.

Very prompt service placed an order and within 3 days the hearth was delivered. well packaged on a pallet no risk of the slate getting damaged.
A satisfied customer and would recommend

The ordering process was straightforward. The sandstone I ordered matched well with a previously ordered batch (not always easy given natural variations). I opted for expedited delivery which arrived within 48 hours. The courier was excellent and I am a very happy customer.

Easy to navigate website with a sample ordering service to make sure you’re ordering the correct product. The order arrived on time and the steps were a super quality

Great quality product, that came as described and on time. Would highly recommend this company. Thanks dave

Easy order, fast delivery, great price

Staff very knowledgeable and helpful, delivery prompt and product excellent

Ordered Grey slate fire hearth, the whole experience was easy to order with fantastic communication, via email.
A good quality product that’s a good price. The thing that really sets this company above others was I scratched the slab whilst unpacking with a Stanley knife & they couldn’t have been more helpful on how I could rectify this, even sending me stuff to correct on them!!
Thanks again

Setts arrived safely in wooden crate with no damages. Palletways unloaded exactly where asked to .
Setts varied in width and thickness but that is to be expected with a natural product.
Overall I'm happy with the quality and service provided .

Excellent product. Very pleased with my purchase and the prompt delivery.

very good service, will be using again
