They don't have direct number . You can only contact them via email. Which they don't respond. I placed an order before realising this. I emailed them within 5min but they didn't cancel my order and in 10min I receive an email saying its processed. so they processed 500pages in 10min of Online order! Don't order from this business.

Great price. Fast, unique service. Safely packaged. Brilliant job folks. Coming back for more. Thank you.

After previously using service to print colour cover and B&W inner pages, this time notes section of order was not working. I was advised by Chat function to send an email and all would be fine. Later was advised via email that this could not be done and have not been able to obtain resolution to problem. Still waiting on response from company

Advertises “order before 2PM for overnight delivery” but this is false and misleading. Our posters took over FOUR NIGHTS to arrive and were unusable. We ended up using KwikKopy, who fulfilled their quick delivery and got us the posters before the function.

I’ve used printonline.com.au twice now and have been really impressed both times. The service is super efficient and the turnaround is incredibly fast. My bulk printing order was delivered overnight! The quality was excellent and everything arrived exactly as expected. I’ll definitely be using them again and would happily recommend them.

I ordered 1,200 plus pages for them to be printed in A4 as I use cards to teach kids with a disability. They printed them in A4 paper but with every single image shrank! So non of them were fit for purpose and off to the BIN, along with hundreds of dollars.

Extremely poor customer service. Out of principle, I have gone to the extend of getting a lawyer involved to get a refund because they decided to ignore my emails to get a resolution. They do not care whether the product they print is fine or not.

Their T&Cs are so VAGUE - that even though they mention A4 printing has a border (which all industrial printing has), they do not mention that the content will be completely shrank. They will try to put it on you, and take 0 accountability.

I have spread the word of this poor customer experience to colleagues who uses them, and also to social media so others can find a better place.

Their cheap price, reflects their service! I prefer to pay more but at least office works will provide me the service I pay for, including respectful customer service.

I required several A2 copies of plan drawings. The process was easy and straight forward and the copies dispatched the same day. I was very impressed with the way they were packed, as well as the quality of the copies. Should the need arise again, I would definitely use Print On Line.

Simple to use and my print was exactly as ordered. Fast delivery too!

Recommended by a friend to print my art exhibition brochures, I was very impressed with the prompt service and printing was very professional, with the colours being very true to layout submitted.

WORST SERVICE EVER!
They promise overnight delivery but instead took them 10 days to deliver my items! They don’t reply to emails, don’t do any refunds, and don’t take any ownership of their lack of clarity.

I printed flyers for an event and they arrived 4 days AFTER the event finished. Completely waste of my time and money. I spent over a $100 with them, all for nothing. Extremely disappointed at their service. Couldn’t have been worse.

I was impressed by the quality, promptness and careful packaging of my order.

Honestly terrible quality and kinda expensive for what it offers. Didn’t even deliver in a timely manner. I spent $130 for 12 posters and I wish I stuck with Officeworks spent $20 for 10 posters even tho it was a size smaller but images were so much clearer and I just pick it up on the day. Would never use print online ever again.
