I would like to praise Caroline's friendly and professional customer service, made me feel looked after and I knew what would happened. Then I spoke to advisor Hitesh. Hitesh made the whole process so easy and understandable! There wasn't any time where I was confused about the process or what the quote for life insurance entailed. He was always contactable by text or phone. He provided outstanding customer service and I will look forward to communicating with him in the future. A big personal thank you to Jeffrey for giving us peace of mind for our family especially for when our little one arrives. I meet the team at the baby show at excel in 2022 and I really put off starting my insurance for a long time due to maternity pay ,my other half procrastinating and few other reasons . It felt a bit daunting and I asked them to keep in touch and they did they where always friendly and patient. They sent quotes to but didn't make me feel like I was obliged to do anything. I finally give up on waiting for husband to make upbhis mind and arranged my insurance today.
