I came to Proback Clinic for chronic and severe lower back and coccyx pain, which I’ve been struggling with for a long time. I also have a strong phobia of needles, which made treatment very difficult for me at first.
The neuro-prolotherapy injections have helped me the most. Thanks to Dr Chris’s patience, professionalism, and understanding since starting treatment in 2025, I’ve been able to continue and complete my sessions.
The biggest difference for me is not just in my physical symptoms, but also in my confidence. At my most recent session on 26 March 2026, where I had injections, I managed to get through the entire treatment without any tears—something I never thought would be possible.
What really stood out to me was the care, reassurance, and expertise from Dr Chris and the team. They are incredibly supportive, professional, and truly understand how to handle complex conditions while making patients feel at ease.

I've been coming to Proback for just over two years now and I still have no regrets about calling them. When I first got in touch with them I was unable to walk properly as I had injured my back due to years of heavy lifting. I had sessions of Radial Shockwave Therapy and K-Laser therapy for the first few months and have been walking properly and standing up straight ever since, I now just pop in once a month for routine maintenance. I can't thank the team enough and special shout out to Yohanis who has made it all happen and Dipa who is always so nice and welcoming.

I have been a patient at Proback since August 2025 following a debilitating L4/L5 disc herniation. After a targeted course of Radial Shockwave therapy and spinal decompression, I feel completely liberated from the sciatic pain that previously dominated my life.

Last year, I could hardly walk. My knee was very painful after I had an accident. I damaged my ligament (MCL).

Arlind Cela and Mohammed Mudasir Hussain were very good and very helpful. I had a few sessions of prolotherapy (prolozone) injections, and after that, I got better and better every day.

My mother has been experiencing persistent knee problems for over a year and a half, which has significantly affected her mobility and overall quality of life. During my search for a reputable knee specialist, I explored numerous healthcare providers. While many clinics focused exclusively on knee injuries and orthopedic treatments, this particular clinic stood out to me—even though their primary specialization is back pain treatment.

I Have been visiting Proback for a number of issues ,
From a stiff neck to back pains,
Though at first they might come across as a bit pricey , However I can assure people from my experiences
It is worth it.

Since September 2025 I have been visiting Proback Clinic and this has changed my life in the most positive way. At the clinic I have been greeted with such warmth and caring staff. From the reception staff to all the physiotherapists. I have been in chronic pain for over 30 years with spinal stenosis, sciatica, osteoarthritis. Over the years I have had numerous amounts of cortisone injections in the past and this has made back issues with the muscles weak. Ayushi Patel is my physiotherapist she has been treating me with shockwave therapy. She is very professional so very caring, and she explains everything. Ayushi recommended me to have prolozone therapy. I have had a few radio frequency and currently having Prolozone Therapy by Mudasir Hussain which has made remarkable improvements in my lower back. The pain has minimised drastically. He is so professional, caring and very gentle and explains everything in detail and always asking if I am ok as I have fear with needles. I am on my fourth session with the Prolozone injections and I feel so brighter, more flexible and walking more, sleeping better and not feeling so down and depressed. I don't feel so heavy in my body and legs too. I am visiting the gym more too to gain strength in legs and back. Also, I used to pray sitting on the chair, now I am standing praying and bending down to pray. On the whole I feel like a new person with a new lease of life. I have recommended my dad who has knee problems and he is currently having the injections in his knee and he is walking better and in not too much pain. I recommending a few people and to anyone who is in chronic pain to at least try these therapies as you will be pain free for a while. I haven't been taking medication either. My experience with Proback clinic was phenomenal.I had multiple issues Neck pain shoulder pain, knee pain,back pain and sciatica problem .I tried many other options in the past however ended up with little to no success.
I found this clinic through social media.I was advised 24 treatments.Honestly after six treatments I felt it was Godsend.My hope of seeing myself better increased to the next level.
I finished all the 24 treatments and it has made such a remarkable difference in my daily life.The pain has significantly decreased to almost nothing compared to what I begin with.

I had pain in my back left side
After consultation and X-ray was offered treatment of shock wave therape.After course of session the pain never came back. Very good treatments
Since then still coming time by time for maintenence session

I had a truly fantastic experience at Proback Victoria and cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. I suffer from spinal stenosis with scoliosis, which caused severe and persistent pain in my right leg and had a significant impact on my daily life.

We initially tried shockwave therapy and back extension treatments, but unfortunately these were not effective for me. Thanks to the expertise of Dr Christian Allard, the team then introduced prolotherapy, which proved to be an absolute game changer.

I would also like to sincerely thank Mohammed Mudasir Hussain for following me throughout this journey with great care, expertise and valuable advice.

I am now at the end of my treatment and can honestly say that my pain is almost completely gone. The entire team has been outstanding — professional, kind and genuinely supportive. The clinic is spotless, well organised and very welcoming.

While the treatment is not inexpensive, it is absolutely worth every penny for the results achieved. I would not hesitate to return if needed. A huge thank you to the whole team for making such a positive difference to my quality of life.

My mother had severe disc and back trouble for years. Out of desperation we tried to get her some help and come across Proback online. My mother was treated so much care and was really listened to by the consultant who saw her (Yohanis Kidane) who was very considerate and treated her with so much respect. She then saw Arlind Cela who went through her results with her and again was treated with the utmost respect and care. They actually diagnosed after nearly 2 years that this issue was a worn hip and not the back. They didn't try and push us into any unnecessary treatment and supplied us with a full report and copies of the relative X-Rays. Very honest people to deal with and along with all the staff including the receptionist (Nesa) who could not of been any more helpful. Although they couldn't cure the issue they gave us all the information we needed to take this issue to the correct medical team.

Proback has been nothing short of incredible. From the start, I received exceptional care. The reception team goes above and beyond, greeting everyone with genuine smiles and warmth. Shola deserves special mention for clearly explaining my x-ray and diligently working to minimize my back pain. His meticulous approach made a significant difference in my recovery. Ganish also contributed greatly, taking the time to understand and address the root causes of my discomfort. Without a doubt, this is a 10 out of 10 experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend Proback.

I was recommended Proback by a friend and contacted the clinic. I was offered an appointment the next day and had the assessment/consultation done. The following day had the assessment results and a first treatment session and a treatment plan was set-out.

The end-to-end process was very easy, and efficient and customer service was excellent. Staff were very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and understood my concerns and answered all questions with confidence and knowledge.

The first treatment of Shockwave therapy relived me of the pain and felt normal. There was no pain the following morning.

The treatment that Pro Back provided has changed my life.

In April 2024 I visited the clinic after slipping three discs, three months of crippling sciatica, and no help from the NHS.

Having visited many different chiropractors etc over 15 years of back problems, I was sceptical but desperate. I knew that decompression was likely my only potential avenue.

They X-rayed my spine and I was shocked at how much the NHS failed to diagnose. I had issues all the way up my spine, with alignment, curvature and up to 50% reduction in disc height. I started treatment immediatly.

It was obvious after a couple of sessions just how amazing decompression is. It cured my sciatica and gave me back mobiltiy.

After around 20 sessions my spine was X-rayed again. I was shocked. I had recovered disc height, realigned my spine, and increased its curvature.

Do not wait like I did. Put your back before any other costs and go visit the staff right away if you have even early signs of back issues. They use science and modern technology to treat you and are amazing.
