They are a good company
They are a good company, and they do get the job done. Sometimes they can be quick and sometimes they can be
slow. I do think that the job gets done a lot quicker depending on who summits them and things don't get said until you tag someone with a bit more of a higher statues in the company. Someone has been having the same problem every month and it still hasn't been sorted. I know that this is a big problem however I am sure the now this has been seen it will get sorted. This is why I gave them a 4/5 because they are not a awful company and I would focus on the positives of Prodrive rather then the negatives.
Prodrive is a much better company than who we had before, and we have had much more success than failure.

Hi, thank you for your comments. I'm rather concerned that you have an ongoing issue you feel we have not dealt with appropriately. This would clearly not be our intention and I am sorry that you have felt the need to air it on a review site to bring it to attention.
