I purchased a $799 Oregon recliner from…
I purchased a $799 Oregon recliner online from Betta Home Living on Wellington Street in Launceston on Monday, October 12th. Because I am in a wheelchair and live in St Helens, I had to independently arrange and pay for my own courier to collect the chair as a Click & Collect order. The salesperson explicitly said by SMS when the courier picked up the recliner. The courier was one that the salesman recommended as he is the one they use.
Instead, the staff did absolutely nothing for four straight days. They completely failed to notify my courier, leaving an essential piece of medical and comfort furniture sitting stranded in their warehouse all week due to pure laziness.
When I tried calling customer service on Friday morning, their automated system gave me the runaround. I had to bypass their broken lines and hunt down the store manager myself to force them to look at my file. Because the salesperson couldn't be bothered to make a simple two-minute phone call on Monday, my courier's schedule was already full by Friday and he couldn't pick it up before the weekend.
This store has zero care factor, lazy staff, and absolutely no respect for elderly or disabled customers who rely on independent transport. If you want a company that actually takes pride in their job and delivers what you pay for, go somewhere else.

★☆☆☆☆ Headwater's reply to our group…
I was one of five friends who walked the Camino Francés with Headwater this year. Another member of our group has already reviewed the trip, and I've read Headwater's reply to her. I want to add my own account, because that reply leaves out much of what went wrong.
We booked together, but we live in the UK, Australia and Singapore, so we asked Headwater to send all information to all five of us. That didn't happen. Updates reached one or two people at a time, and Headwater changed our main contact, without asking us, from the friend who organised the trip to the person hardest to reach. When Headwater says it "made several attempts to contact members of your group," that is exactly the problem: some of us were contacted and the rest were left out.
The trip itself was badly organised. We arrived with no route notes, no pilgrim passports and nobody to brief us. On day two, the pick-up address we'd been given in St Jean was wrong causing other travellers to be delayed whilst the in-country transfer team found us. The Sunday walk to Zubiri had nowhere open for us to buy lunch or water and we were given no prior warning of this. Once in Zubiri our itinerary said dinner was at our hotel, but it was actually a 3km round trip away. this was brutal after a long day on our feet. Once there it was a basic truck stop restaurant. In Pamplona the hotel was one-star (all other hotels were 3 or 4 star), with tiny single rooms ... I chose to move elsewhere. Our map books finally arrived at our last hotel.
Headwater says the hotel list arrived "in line with the timescales" and that we were offered GPX files and help getting passports locally. That may follow its procedures, but it isn't the service we paid for. Telling travellers to sort out their own navigation once they've arrived isn't support. When we complained, our concerns went to customer service instead of the person we'd booked with, and we got a defence of Headwater's processes rather than an acknowledgement of what we'd experienced. The trip was not cheap and we expected some level of service but were rebuffed in every instance.
I'd recommend booking with a company that keeps the whole group informed and gets the basics in place before you arrive.
Mary's Tanks
Mary's Tanks are silky soft and very comfortable, especially, as I am a Breast Cancer survivor and have found my usual bras restrictive and sometimes quite painful to wear over surgery scars. The cup inserts are comfortable and the tank stays in place without riding up. Customer service is brilliant.

Zero Grid AU .Shocking communication—ignored calls and emails after taking my money
I am incredibly disappointed with Zero Grid Australia. I placed an order with them, and when I reached out to check on it, they initially replied to my email claiming they "were onto it" and told me to "rest assured."
That reassurance turned out to be completely false. Shortly after that message, their customer service vanished. They completely stopped replying to my emails, and my phone calls have gone entirely unanswered.
After 10 days of total radio silence and zero progress on my order, I have officially requested a full refund. This is an completely unacceptable way to run a business. Avoid this company if you expect basic honesty and customer support.
Aura App - is not what it advertises to be
Aura App
Aura is wellness app that was promoted on instagram. I signed up to it as it offered a return policy if unsatisfied with the app. I live in Australia and signed up for a month trial. I got charged 63 AUD and have cancelled subscription and have been requesting for refund. All I get is an email asking me to call their customer contact line. The emails are generated via a chat bot - standard emails which do not respond to the actual queries and a customer line which is also managed via chat bots. In short no refund. The app is not effective and definitely not worth the price for which it advertises.
Gateway Garage Doors
Gateway Garage Doors.
I was worried about my garage doors and want someone to tell me if it needs anything. Charlie from Gateway Garage Doors replied immediately. Charlie was very easy to talk to, very friendly not pushy to do anything immediately which is very rare. I totally recommend Gateway Garage Doors to anyone with garage door problems. Thank you Charlie.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Sandra and the Anolon warranty team for their outstanding service.
From my initial enquiry through to the warranty assessment, every interaction was handled with professionalism, kindness and efficiency. My claim was reviewed promptly, and I was kept informed throughout the process.
In an environment where good customer service can sometimes be hard to find, Anolon exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making the process so easy and for providing such respectful and helpful support. It has reinforced my confidence in both the product and the company behind it.

I bought an Omega Heritage Seamaster…
I bought an Omega Heritage Seamaster 300 blue dial watch directly online from Omega Australia in Melbourne.
Apart from the package arriving at 6.15pm, ( an agonising wait, ) the experience was excellent.
I wanted a genuine diving watch that looks a bit more dressy. This watch ticks all the boxes.
Fantastic calibre, finishing, bracelet and clasp.
This is a beautiful watch that brings a smile to my face.
Awesome lume, bezel and clear caseback.
No watch is perfect and here the numerals are difficult to read except in sunlight, however it is still easy to tell the time. The dial is a 2 step dome so there are reflections. Neither is a game changer for me.
This is a luxury, heirloom watch which I am proud to own. 🍻👍
very happy with every thing
TERRIBLE WARRANTY EXPERIENCE WITH INFRAREDI PRO MAX
My $1,500 Pro Max panel failed after only 10 months of use. It then took 3 months — from July 2026 until 1 October 2026 — more than 20 emails and relentless chasing before Infraredi finally replaced it.
Infraredi promotes a 3-year warranty, but in my experience, actually getting them to honour that warranty was an exhausting and frustrating battle. I faced repeated delays and excuses, emails went unanswered, and they would not properly acknowledge that my panel was defective — yet ultimately replaced it with a brand-new one.
I specifically requested a detailed written technical report explaining what was wrong with my original panel and the results of their technician’s assessment. I was then told that their technician was away and, because they did not want to make me wait any longer, they would simply replace the panel with a brand-new one instead.
After already waiting for months, I found that explanation very difficult to accept. No detailed technical report was provided to me, no clear explanation of the fault was given, yet suddenly they were prepared to replace a $1,500 panel completely. Draw your own conclusions.
I found their handling of my warranty claim evasive, misleading and completely unacceptable. It was only after repeatedly pushing them and stating that I was prepared to escalate the matter to the ACCC that things finally moved.
For months, I was left without the use of a $1,500 product, while my original 3-year warranty continued to run down. A warranty is supposed to provide peace of mind — not require more than 20 emails, months of arguments and constant chasing just to get a faulty product replaced.
I paid a premium price expecting a premium product, a meaningful 3-year warranty and reliable Australian after-sales support. That is absolutely not the experience I received.
In my opinion, why pay $1,500 for this level of service? Similar panels can be sourced from Chinese suppliers for around $600, and after what I went through, I would personally rather take that option than pay a huge premium and then have to fight for months if the product fails.
More than 20 emails and 3 months to replace a $1,500 panel that failed after 10 months of use is appalling customer service.
After the stress, loss of use, endless chasing and completely unnecessary hassle, I would not recommend to buy anything from Infraredi. For me, the premium price and advertised 3-year warranty are simply not worth it.

ATTENTION, NO LIMITS REMOVALITS ARE SCAMMERS AND FRAUDULENT PEOPLE.
In 3rd June 2026, I hired No Limits Removalists to move only a sofa from downstairs to upstairs in the house. They charged me $100.00 for the job. They send me an authorization bank request before to do the job to pay $100. I gave all my credit card information and they were paid $100. for the job.
The day after No Limits Removalits came at our house and moved the sofa upstairs and It took them 10 minutes for the job. after the job was done, on the porches of our house. The removalists guy asked me another $610.00 pretending because they come from Brisbane to Peregian springs to move our sofa. I clearly told them that I will not paying that. They should send a removalist from Sunshine Coast and not from Brisbane.
A few minutes later, New Limits Removalists sent me another bank authorization request for $610.90. I ignored it, and I did not give an authorization to take $610.90 from my bank account. It was obvious to me that was a SCAM.
One day later, No limits Removalists used fraudulently my bank details that I gave them of the payment for $100. to move the sofa upstairs.
2 days later I checked my bank statement, and No Limits Removalist took $610.90 without our authorization. Imagine that they wanted us to pay $710.90 to move a sofa downstairs to upstairs in the same house.
THIS WAS A SCAM AND A FRAUD. they are evils they have all their tricks to still money from you. False invoice, lying,... promises that they will refund you, but never they will do. they hope you the customer just to forget it.
I contacted No Limits Removalists to tell them that I had never authorized No Limits Removalists to take $610.90 from our bank. For 2 months exchanging many emails, promissing that they will refund me that I believed them, they never did.
I report them to the Police station for FRAUD.
I sent dispute complaint to my bank to inform them that the transaction for $610.90 dated of 6 June 2026 was a FRAUD.
I will register a claim to QCAT for a FRAUD for $610.90 against No Limits Removalists.
ATTENTION
BE AWARE DON'T HIRE THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
Thank you
Nicole

⭐ 1-star review
⭐ 1-star review — Generators supplied did not meet the agreed requirements
Supplier Jiangxi jintai power equipment co Ltd
Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this supplier based on my experience.
I purchased generators after providing specific requirements to the supplier. The specifications were documented before the purchase, including 1,500 RPM engine speed, single-phase operation and 14 hours continuous running time.
The supplier’s own specification documentation states 1,500 r/min and 14 hours continuous running time.
Unfortunately, the generators supplied did not meet the requirements I had agreed to purchase.
There was also a radiator/intake-manifold clearance issue that was not disclosed to me before the purchase and subsequently resulted in further problems and failure.
I gave the supplier the opportunity to resolve the situation and requested replacement of the complete generator units with generators that comply with the agreed specifications.
What is particularly concerning is the supplier’s response when I requested replacement. In writing, they stated:
“you can request replacement, but we won’t replace, that’s all.”
I have also advised the supplier that I intended to have the generator’s RPM independently tested. The supplier was aware that I considered the RPM requirement to be an important part of the agreed specifications.
This has resulted in considerable inconvenience, time and expense, and I am extremely disappointed with both the equipment supplied and the way the supplier has handled the problem.
My advice to anyone considering purchasing from this supplier is to have every specification confirmed in writing before payment and independently verify the equipment against those specifications before accepting it.
I purchased these generators expecting them to comply with the specifications agreed before purchase. That has not been my experience.
I would not purchase from this supplier again based on how this matter has been handled.
