Customer service needs to be retrained. They forget to tell me that my order never got placed until I called to see why it wasn't delivered. When I asked what had happened they could have cared less.

I'm very happy with the product and service I received from ProLighting.com. These fixtures aren't sold in stores any more since the electronic ballasts became the latest trend. But these fixtures last so much longer than those electronic ones, in my opinion. I do hope they"ll be available for some time to come since I maintain over 100 of them through my work. Thanks for being there.

When I needed a 12 volt transformer of some under cabinet lights, I looked on line and found ProLighting. Their web site was easy to understand and prices were great compared to some other sites.
Found what I needed and then placed the order. Came in a few days later and I just installed it today.
Works Great. It was easy to install. It was "just what I needed."
In the future I will be buying more from ProLighting.

I bought 12 LED Mini Star lights illuminate two display cabinets full of really nice pottery. The effect is spectacular! We have the cabinet lights turned on about 5 hours a day which means, according to the stated average life of 60,000 hours, should last about 20 years. However, I just had one light go out a little under a year. I had to order another for $45 plus S&H even though I let Pro Lighting know of the premature failure. Not sure if the failure was a fluke or not....I hope I don't lose any more anytime soon. Pro Lighting doesn't seem too customer oriented about this product, do it may be beneficial to get this light from another supplier our find another light that lasts as long as advertised. I love this light, but was very disappointed when it failed.

I needed a small transformer for a kitchen under counter light. Prolighting was out of the one that I wanted, but their staff offered a substitute that was slightly less expensive and worked without any problems. Shipping was quick. Wife is happy. I would use them again!

I recently purchased two of the sealed HO lighting ballasts for my horse barn. We were a bit concerned about the quality of the light produced as well as the difficulty level in installing these ballasts. Also, we weren't sure about how quickly they would arrive here and also the quality of what we purchased. Our fears were alleviated when the ballasts arrived. they were securely packaged and much to the delight of my husband and son they were extremely easy to install. In spite of having a smaller wattage bulb, the light that was produced exceeded what we previously had by a large margin. We would purchase this product again and definitely from ProLighting!! Thank you!

I had to buy some o-rings for some Focus Lighting underwater lights and since Focus does not sell direct I had to use a distributor even though it drop ships from the Focus factory. AND Focus only ships UPS, which was like 10 bucks for 3 rubber o-rings when they could have sent them in an envelope for less than a dollar.

Anyway, order placed through Pro Lighting, then Focus ships it to my house and it turns out they had changed the designed of my light fixture but had claimed that the o-ring would work for both, which it wouldn't.

I contacted Pro Lighting, and even though they had ZERO fault in this, they not only refunded me the cost of the parts but the overpriced Focus shipping cost as well.

So I didn't actually end up paying for anything with Pro Lighting, but they will be first on my list when I need something.

The ballasts I ordered were exactly as advertised. Will use Prolighting again.

It's all summed up in the title. Don't know how you can stay in business with such lousy delivery, especially for in stock items.

WE ARE NOT INTO ANYTHING FANCY..i HAVE BOUGHT THEM FROM OTHER DEALERS AND WAS NEVER AS SATISFIED AS I AM WITH THESE FANS..WALL CONTROL IS FANTASTIC..THE AMOUNT OF AIR COVERAGE IS FANTASIC..WE HAVE A 35 X 20 LIVINGROOM SPACE AND IT COVERS THE WHOLE ROOM..THEN WE DESIDED TO PUT ONE IN THE KITCHEN IT IS AMAZING EASY TO CLEAN..I DO PREFER NO LIGHTING ON A FAN TO ME IT MAKES A ROOM LOOK OVER POWERED BY LIGHT.. IN THE NEAR FUTURE WE WILL REPLACE ALL THE FANS WE HAVE IN OUR OUTSIDE COVERED DECK. SIX (6) FANS. YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER FAN AT THIS COST ANYWHERE. ^5 TO PROLIGHTING..
