poor editing.
I had a very bad experience with proofers, First they charged me extra for issuing a certificate. Their performance was also very poor. Editor asked me again to get manuscript proofread from a professional editing services. Manuscript still contains various sentences in the passive voices. I myself have difficulty writing in the active voice. And getting proofread from them doesn't helped. It seems like they used Grammarly on my document, which I could have done by myself.

Great service
This is the fourth online proofreading service i have used. They are the best in terms of time+quality. They are fast and have acceptable quality. There are another website provide better quality for "Copy Editing" but too slow, they took one week for 3500 words. Proofers took 1 day for 2700 words.

Thank goodness for Proofers LTD
I had a picky, rude, and mean professor last semester and she was always way harsh when grading my papers. My grade was already low in the class, so I couldn't afford another crappy grade on my papers. To make sure I didn't get a low score on my paper I used Proofers LTD and they worked. My paper came back with no errors.
