Fantastic warranty service provided

Our Duel toothbrush stopped working one month before the end of the two year warranty. I sent an email Friday evening and had a response by 10am on Monday saying a replacement will be sent out.

New unit received FOC on the Thursday so sorted in 4 working days.

device faulty after 18m but quickly replaced

I had to contact ProofVision and as we bought a double electric toohbrush charger in January 2024. After 18m one side overheated abs stopped working - ProofVision have been great resolving the problem and sent me a replacement very swiftly with no fuss.

Toolstation also responded - but Proof sion had already sorted.

There was a fault with a charger

There was a fault with a charger. Contacted ProofVision. They were back to me the next day offering a replacement, which they shipped the very same day. Quite amazing customer service - honestly, best I’ve ever know.

First class customer service

Our toothbrush charger stopped working and although we did not know from our bathroom fitter that it came with a guarantee, Venetia was only too willing to help me as I was able to send her my receipt. The return of the faulty charger and the replacement one were handled with such helpfulness and efficiency by Venetia. Thank again

Poor customer service

I had a new bathroom installed in 2021. Along with the bathroom I had installed a Proofvision toothbrush charger (single).This has now completely packed up. The wiring is good and there is power to the charger. So after around 30 months of light use it has given up the ghost. I contacted Proofvision (Venita) just to see if they would do me a discount on a new unit. The warranty is only for 2yrs and I was outside of that but i nevertheless thought it was a reasonable request. No such luck. I wouldn’t recommend these chargers. I think it’s a bit hit and miss as to whether you get one that lasts any length of time. In addition I don’t think the customer service from Proofvision is any good. I believed mine was a reasonable request. I wasn’t looking for a free replacement at the end of the day. I’ve given 2 stars instead of one because at least the company replied to me same day, albeit they declined to help.

Problems resolved by customer service team

I have four wall mounted toothbrush chargers installed in my home. I experienced a problem with a couple of these. Although they were over two years old, I contacted the customer service team, they decided to refund me and reassuringly, wanted to inspect the faulty product to establish the cause.

Problem with PV12P Combo charger

I had a problem with a combined toothbrush and shaver charger which failed within a year of installation. I contacted Proofvision and was very impressed by their quick and professional response (from Venita), A replacement item was received within a few days as promised on the agreed date. Great service.

Edited review following response from ProofVision

I bought and installed a ProofVision toothbrush charger and within about a year it has stopped working.

I left a negative review this morning which was responded to by ProofVision - I have now checked and can see that they did reply and the email went into my spam, which I should have checked.

Proofvision offered to replace the faulty unit. Please accept my apologies for the bad review and thank you for getting back to me, 1* lost due to the item stopping working after only a year but otherwise I'm happy with the resolution.

Quality Products and Outstanding Customer Service!

Had a problem with a ProofVision toothbrush charger with shaver socket one year into the two year guarantee period. Contacted ProofVision and they had a replacement sent out the next day! They make high quality products and have great customer support.
