I’ve been renting a flat through Property Moves since 2021 and would definitely recommend this agency. I recently had a plumbing issue and they arranged for a contractor less than 24 hours from my call! A special thank you to Shelby and Jill, who are always quick to respond to my enquiries and provide excellent support. I love my flat and hope to spend many more years here.

I’ve been renting with a variety of lettings agents for two decades, and Property Moves is hands down one of the best.

From the first call, they went out of their way to help me find a property. With a dog and a cat in tow, this wasn’t an easy feat. I first dealt with Jez and Jessica to secure my current property, and they were both incredibly helpful and kept me up to speed at every step.

It was my first time renting a property as a business owner rather than an employee, and I had no idea what I was doing. They walked me through it and explained exactly how to complete the forms and what to request from my accountant.

Jill then took over for maintenance and ongoing communications and has been friendly and helpful whenever we’ve spoken. Repairs and update requests have been sorted with zero fuss and usually within a day or two. None of the pushing back or fudging of repairs I’ve experienced with other agents.

11/10 would definitely recommend.

Property Moves and the team are absolutely amazing. Communication with them, especially Shelb, has been second to none. I always hear back promptly, and any requests are forwarded to the landlord without hesitation. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and always on hand to address any needs. I’ll be very sad to no longer have them as my letting agent, as finding a decent one that’s genuinely there to help is extremely difficult!
