The Pros: Can customise proposals and send to prospective clients. Has metrics you can oversee. Simple way for Prospects to review proposal, onboard, sign and pay fees

The cons: Anxiety when logging on as to whether there will be a glitch or not. Your templates can alter across all other templates if you made changes to one template. I'm trying the 3.0 Beta version - while there are some improvements in functions, design etc there is still a long way to go and can also glitch (more anxiety). You could have the fastest internet but the system can often be sloooooooooowwwwwww no matter how many times I refresh log in/out

Using it the the past 3 years and looking for other better programs

I received an unsolicited email claiming that the sender had been "following your content" and had created an advertising proposal that they believed would be a good fit.

The email presented itself as a personalized collaboration opportunity and instructed me to click "View document" to review the proposal.

However, instead of providing a genuine advertising proposal or clear information about the company behind the offer, the link led to an external website that presented itself as a "private workspace" for communication and project management.

The page included language such as "Secure File Exchange," "Direct Communication," and "Live Project Updates," but ultimately redirected the user toward a commercial sales process rather than providing the promised advertising proposal in a transparent manner.

I found the entire approach misleading. The original email gives the impression that the recipient has been personally selected for a specific advertising opportunity, while the actual purpose appears to be getting the recipient into an external sales funnel.

In my opinion, legitimate advertising or collaboration proposals should clearly identify the company behind the offer, explain the proposed partnership upfront, and provide transparent information about what is actually being offered. Sending an unsolicited email that presents itself as a personalized proposal, only to redirect the recipient to an external website and sales process, does not inspire confidence.

I would advise others to exercise caution and carefully verify who is actually behind such offers before providing information, creating accounts, or engaging with external links.

I ordered nothing from this website and charged me more than 120 euros.

Horrible software
Plus it's impossible to dispute the charges that they're putting in
I added the seat and then deleted it
But they were still charging me for that because I didn't hit some hidden bottom on their website

We worked with proposify over a year - they tried to push us to renew in July - we didnt want to renew but the thing is we had paid for a year in June - I have the invoice - June 2025 to June 2026 is the service date, we paid over a thousand dollars and I have the invoice - they shut off the service in August of 2025 - and there is absolutely no support -

The software is clunky, but the real issue is the complete lack of customer support. Multiple requests went unanswered, and there’s no clear path to escalate issues. When the platform breaks—which it often does—you’re left on your own. Would not recommend.

Yup. I am incredulous. Their AI ASSISTANT, which is NON-HUMAN, won't help me. It says I have reached the maximum amount of messages for the day. So, you can't use their AI knowledge base? You know, the one that can handle 8,000 users at once because it processes information at the speed of light? Nope. You are on your own. No knowledge base for you on how to use the product. I emailed them to see if this was some kind of error, maybe a bug. Apparently not. I can see why their reviews on TrustPilot are so low. Too bad. Looks like it may have been a good match for us as far as the product goes.

Paid for Q1. Got locked out of my account by the company with a 403 forbidden error at a critical time when I needed to get a proposal out. Cancelled the service and they would not refund a penny.

Used it for couple years. Moved to another platform and cancelled months prior to renewal. Got charged renewal anyway. Cancelled again same day. Got charged $984 for another year and like nobody to contact over it. Disputing it and they are challenging the dispute. I would look elsewhere if I was you. I’m going to have to settle this legally now.

I used it for a few years. It was clunky, and the foujnder was terrible at customer service. Things improved on the customer support front when he got staff but the platform itself was not easy to use. My team finally made me get rid of it. It was costing us more time than it saved us.

Awesome software! I use it to close Digital Marketing Sales all day every day!
